M-B wafers are made with high quality raw materials that remain resilient regardless of the sweeping condition. Expertly assembled in the U.S.A. All wafers can be sold as part of refill kits for M-B attachment sweepers or purchased individually to match customer requirements. Polypropylene, poly/wire combo, and all wire brushes available in all sizes to fit all sweeper manufacturers. Your choice between flat or convoluted wafer.

Polypropylene - Used when nominal cutting forces are required. The flicking action of the poly bristle provides superior casting distance.

Wire - Creates an aggressive cutting action for packed surfaces including dirt and ice.Poly/Wire Combo - Best of both materials (poly for flicking and wire for cutting) which creates the best all purpose brush for all seasons.

V-Shaped Spacer - Unlike other manufacterers that use a U-shaped spacer, M-B utilzes a spacer that is V shaped which acts as a spring on the brush core to create a tighter fit among all of the wafers.

M-B tube brooms, main brooms and strip brooms are compatible with most street sweepers in the market today. All brooms are made from the highest quality of virgin polypropylene. All Poly, poly/wire, and heavy duty options are available for most street sweepers. Due to the high broom wrap and high quantity of bristle ends per square inch, our tube brooms have excellent sweeping performance and is effective in debris collection. All tube brooms are expertly assembled in the U.S.A.

We utilize a field tested, durable patented wire and a high impact co-polymer block with each segment. Our patented wire tested better than our oil-tempered counterparts and is a more environmentally friendly. Options include the amount of wire per hole and an all poly brush. Different styles of blocks are available to match your gutter broom requirements. Each gutter broom segment is expertly assembled in the U.S.A.
