SUMMARY

I am Senior Equity Analyst at MubasherTrade Research, covering the real estate and construction sectors in the MENA region with focus on Egypt and the UAE. I have passed CFTe Level 1 in 2008 and CFA Level 2 in 2011. I also have a Diploma in Portfolio Management & Stock Market from the American University in Cairo (AUC). I hold a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Commerce & Business Administration (Accounting major) from Helwan University. Boasting 11 years of experience in sell-side research, I first joined Watheeqa in 2005 as Financial Analyst then got promoted to Senior Analyst after one year of joining. In 2008, I became the Head of Fundamental Analysis in Watheeqa, where I covered many listed and unlisted companies in several industries. In November 2012, I joined MubasherTrade Research as Senior Analyst, covered several of MENA's large-cap listed real estate developers, such as Emaar Properties, Emaar Malls Group, Emaar Misr, Talaat Moustafa Group Holding, Madinet Nasr Housing & Development, and Heliopolis Housing & Development. Moreover, I covered the first-listed REIT in MENA markets, Emirates REIT.
