support for PreK-3 licensed teachers working in private schools to advance from the Provisional license to the Professional license

Provide ODE with unique beginning teacher needs during transition process

“I can’t even put into words how important this program was to me. It has given me an opportunity to advance my licensure when it didn’t seem possible. It has allowed me to feel valued and important in the education field. Working with my mentor has allowed me to grow as a professional and provide best practices for my students. I think other preschool teachers would feel equally as thankful to participate in this program next year as I have.” -PK Teacher (2009-2010 participant)
