About Main St.
When you think about small towns you think about their main street. The heartbeat of the
community can be felt there. Family-run businesses, many established over several
generations. New businesses serving up fresh ideas, much like our own.
At Main St. Creative Co. our focus isn’t on big brands with deep pockets (they’ve got enough
help already) we are interested in helping well-established and new businesses in small
communities develop and thrive in their markets. Our goal is to direct customers and sales to
locally owned businesses to help grow communities together.
We offer a variety of services for businesses in any industry to help them grow their digital
brands online, establish quality conversations and direct new clients to their space.

Local Blogger Program
With the advent of digital marketing and social media, many large businesses
and brands have recognized the need for influencers to promote and
highlight their products nationwide. This trend has stimulated a huge surge in
professional bloggers and affiliate networks who connect brands and
bloggers through a variety of platforms. Most of these agencies and networks
focus on large brands with big budgets and bloggers with high traffic that
often lack style and sensibility.
Our team noticed a significant lack of promotional opportunities being offered
at a small-to-midmarket level for businesses who actually need this type of
search engine optimization and word-of-mouth marketing significantly more
than their larger counterparts.
Thus inspiring the launch of the Main St. Local Blogger Program…

Local Blogger Program: How It Works
Unlike the nationwide brands, most small businesses need to market within a targeted regional
area, making it difficult to organize events and digital marketing campaigns with large mainstream
bloggers. This is where the Local Blogger Program comes in!
While other affiliate networking agencies primarily focus on blog style and traffic, our focus is on
where the bloggers live, work and shop. We have established rosters of quality bloggers and
influencers in a variety of styles and categories to best serve businesses in their area.
Our job is to strategize, plan and organize quality sponsored marketing content (social media, blog
posts, events) to drive click-through and keyword search traffic from valuable sources directly to the
small businesses we work with.
The Benefits of Blogging Local for Business.
• Experience-based Reviews From Talented Storytellers
• Establishing Relationships With Local Influencers
• Direct Traffic From Blog Readers
• Search Engine Optimization Based On Local Keyword Searches
• Social Media Promotion & Quality Content6
Community Managers
With this new model and approach to affiliate marketing through the Local Blogger Program we knew it would be difficult to
create regional rosters and work directly with local businesses all over the country without the help of savvy individuals in
each market. In order to stay organized and have a direct contact for each business, we have created the role of the
Community Manager.
Part account manager and part project manager, each Community Manager’s role is to be the direct line of contact between
our clients (the small businesses) and our roster of influencers (bloggers, social media marketers.)
With the benefit of our training services in sales, marketing and project management, our team of regional Community
Managers are responsible for onboarding new clients, seeking local writing talent and pitching potential clients. CM’s will
represent Main St. in their region either as a singular role or as part of a CM Team (depending on the size of the region.)
How do CM’s make money?
The earning potential of a Community Manager is based on their activity
and involvement within our program. All CM’s are paid on a standard
20% commission scale on a per-client basis. What may begin as a part-
time job can develop into a full-time career quite quickly based on
activity levels and client participation.7
