Main Street School – GRADE 5 2013-14 School Supply List

Please note: This is a general list. Individual team teachers may have additional requirements that will be given at orientation in August.

Wide-ruled, loose leaf notebook paper (2 packages)

Boys – one pack of lined note cards

Girls – one pack of post-it notes

3-prong pocket folders in the following colors: Please get two (2) of each color so you will have replacements during the year.

• Yellow – Math • Green – Science • Red – Reading • Blue – Language Arts • Purple – Social Studies • Orange – This folder is used differently by each team

For Music Class – 1 pocket folder without prongs (in any color that makes

you think about music).
