These cleaners will help removeodors from deposits of dirt, mold, mildew, cigar & cigarettesmoke, etc. from the coils.

Use care to see that only thecoils are covered with thecleaner.

Foaming type cleaners willwork best only when used asdirected.

Prevent foam from sprayingelectrical wires, controls or other parts.

Clean the filter. Clean the ter with plainwater or replace if missing.

A clean ter is a must. It is far easier and cheaper to remove andclean the ter every 15 hours (more or less depending of dust /dirt levels in the space) than to clean the air conditioner with afoaming cleansing

If the filter is suspected of contributing to odors, soak and wash with a small amount of scenteddish soap or laundry detergent.

In low humidityconditions, it will takelonger to rinse the coils.

If the unit fails to make coolair, it has likely lost therefrigerant charge or thecompressor has failed.

wait until the coils are free from foam before re-applying

if the air conditioner has beenneglected, it may require a second application to produce cold air and be free of odors.

If the unit makes cool air butfails to make condensate towash the coils, it may be dueto low of humidity.

Since no condensate isformed on the outdoor coilwhen the unit is run, it willneed to be rinsed manually.

Do not force a direct a stream ofwater into the coils, but merely allowthe foam to at away as the wateris allowed to ow over the coils.
