1. Honeywell KGP-560 (GA-EGPWS) Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System per Honeywell Installation Manual PIN 006-10611 -0003, rev. 3, dated 6/16/2003. Installed KGP-560 computer on lower shelf of LH nose avionics bay beside radar R/T. OAT probe P/N 05257 installed on belly access panel just aft of nose gear. A KA-92 GPS antenna was installed on upper cockpit skin at sta. 130.0. Power for the KGP-560 is provided by a~ amp circuit breaker labeled TAWS installed in the avionics C/B panel. System programming and post installation checks completed per installation manual. This unit meets requirements for TAWS Class B minimum requ irements.

2. Mid Continent MD41-1208 Terrain Awareness Annunciator Control Unit per Installation Manual P/N 901 2220, rev. 1, dated 9/26/2001. Unit installed in LH side of instrµment panel glareshield.

A Flight Manual Supplement dated 6/5/2005 was written for this installation and inserted into the Aircraft Flight Manual. Updated equipment list and weight & balance data.

This aircraft was repaired in accordance with the manufacturers maintenance manuals. A ll systems interrupted have been tested and/or leak checked as necessary.

The aircraft, airframe, aircraft engine, propeller or appliance identified above was repa ired and inspected in accordance with current federal aviation regulations and is approved for return to service. Pertinent details of the repair are on file under work order number 30236.
