As you are informed, the above mentioned operator intends to extend the leasing of Cessna 402C aircraft, registration EC-DKP {MSN 402C-0275) up to 1" November 2016.
In respect of this aircraft an agreement on the transfer of responsibilities in accordance with Article 83 bis of the Chicago Convention was signed between ENAC and AESA with the exchange of letters Ref. 18984/RG 18984 dated 16th April 2013 and Ref. 0058816/ENAC/SNO dated 21'1 May 2013.
This Authority wishes to continue transferring flight operationhs, personnel and maintenance surveillance functions to the ENTE NAZIONALE PER L' AVIAZIONE CIVILE (ENAC) of Italy in respect of the lease of the aircraft registration EC-DKP, for that reason the extension of the previous agreement is proposed.
In case you find it acceptable, this Authority would be grateful if you acknowledge in writing your acceptance.
Please find attached a copy ofthe Schedule lA with the new leasing period.

In accordance with the provisions of the ENAC·AESA agreement signed on 3"' November 2010 to implement the general conditions outlined In Article 83 bls of the Convention on International Civil Aviation and with reference to your letter ref. no. 47093/RG 47093 dated 31" October 2014, please consider that ENAC wishes to accept the continued transfer of flight operations, personnel and continuing airworthiness surveillance functions in respect of the lease of the subject Italian registered aircraft whilst being operated for aerial works (excluding any operation listed under point 1.2(a) of regulation (CE)216/2008) by B~OM C.G.R S.P.A. (ITALY) from 31°1 October 2014 up to 01•• November 2016 Inclusive, under their relevant operational approvals for issued by ENAC.
For the daily implementation of the agreement, please refer to the North Operations Department Milan as detailed In the Implementation Procedures of the a.m. agreement.
BLOM C.G.R S.P.A., who Is receiving this letter as a courtesy copy, is requested to keep it on board the aircraft during the validity of the agreement along with the certified true copy of the following documents:

This Authority wishes to continue transferring flight operations, personnel and maintenance surveillance
functions to the ENTE NAZIONALE PER L' AVIAZIONE CIVILE (ENAC) of Italy in respect of the lease of the
aircraft registration EC-KLC, for that reason the extension of the previous agreement is proposed.

The Spe~nish operator Sur Aviation SL has contacted us because they have decided to finish the lease contract of the subject aircrafts.
in respect of the mentioned aircrafts an agreement on the transfer of responsibilities in accordance with Article 83 bis of the Chicago Convention was signed between ENAC and AESA.
in accordance with the provisions of article 2 of the ENAC-AESA agreement signed on 3rd November 2010 to implement the general conditions outlined in Article 83 bis of the Convention on International Civil Aviation, the scope of application of this Agreement shall be limited to aircraft on the register of civil aircraft of Italy and operated in commercial operations under a leasing contract by an Spanish operator respectively.
We confirm those aircrafts are no longer operated by Sur Aviation SL and consequently aircrafts are not under AESA oversight. The 83bis agreement in respect of those aircraft is finished since the date the aircrafts were removed from Sur Aviation's AOC (141
h November 2014).
This Authority would be grateful if you could acknowledge in writing the reception of this letter and your acceptance or otherwise of the end of the transferred duties and functions as mentioned in the a.m. ENAC-AESA agreement.
