Bar ServeryThe bar servery will be completely restructured and redecorated in line with the welcoming and lively look and feel of the pub. Works will include: • Stripping, staining and repolishing the bar front. • Installing a brand-new back bar fitting with mirrors, optics

and polished timber shelving, creating an eye-catching focal point for customers.

• Adding feature pendant lights above the servery. • Laying a new attractive tiled bar apron. • Laying new safety Altro flooring.• Creating a new coffee station to support the improved

coffee offer. • Reworking the space to add a food ordering point. Bar and Sports AreaThe pub will retain its two-room trading area, with the room to the rear more focused towards sports and casual drinking. Live sports, pool and darts will create an energetic space, perfect for local drinkers to socialise in. Works will include: • Retaining the existing pool table and darts board. • Laying new Karndean flooring. • Introducing poseur bar stools and drinking shelves

to the space. • Adding a variety of seating, including dining-height chairs

and fixed bench seating upholstered in a variety of patterned fabrics and leather in a button back design.

• Retaining the existing AWP machines. • Installing flat screen TV’s with Sky Sports to the space.• Refreshing the walls with attractive timber panelling. • Finishing the space with bric-a-brac and

framed photographs. Lounge and Dining AreaThe trade area along the front of the pub will be updated in line with the overall look and feel of the venue. It will be a versatile space, yet designed to cater towards customers looking to enjoy the new food offer in warm surroundings. Works will include: • Installing feature curved booth seating, upholstered in

either rich patterned fabrics or cushioned leather. • Adding a variety of mid-height banquette-style sharing

tables and fixed seating to increase covers and support the improved food menu.

• Refurbishing the existing fireplace. • Moving the existing ramp access to create a smoother

flow of service. • Laying a new geometric patterned carpet to brighten

the space. • Adding a variety of feature floral wallpapers and painted

pastel finishes to the walls. • Installing flat screen TV’s throughout the space. • Installing feature lighting to create ambience. • Decorating with framed pictures and tasteful

bric-a-brac throughout.

KitchenThe existing kitchen will be fully refurbished and expanded with a flat roof extension at the rear in order to facilitate an exciting new food menu. Brand-new appliances and equipment will be installed where appropriate and laid out to improve efficiency and maximise output. CellarGeneral repairs and redecorations will be carried out, and a SmartDispense system installed to reduce waste and improve quality. ToiletsAll ladies and gents toilets will be fully refurbished and redecorated to continue the updated, contemporary look of the pub. Works will include:• Constructing a new smoking area, with planters to the

front to distinguish and soften the structure. • Decorating the area with festoon lighting to create

a warm, welcoming space for customers to socialise. • Adding new fixed picnic benches, increasing covers

in the warmer months. • Adding new trough planting to break-up and

soften the space. • Constructing a brand-new children’s play area, with

wooden climbing frames and a wet pour surface. Licensee AccommodationThis will be in line with our ‘Ready to Trade’ promise so you can focus on creating an exceptional venue from the outset.Signage and External AreaThe pub exterior, lighting and signage will be refreshed to create an inviting local pub for the whole community. The transformation will enhance site visibility, highlight the pub’s offering and complement the new look of the interior. Works will include:• Adding new timber cladding to areas of the front facade,

creating a modern finish. • Refreshing the facades of the pub by repainting the

beams in line with the updated colour scheme.• Installing a new signage and lighting scheme to the

exterior of the building, including brass lanterns, floodlights and white lettering.

• Adding new amenity signs advertising the updated offer.• Finish the space with trough planters.
