LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® – We built A total of 27 participants from various organizations attended the LEGO Serious Play programme on a fine Thursday afternoon on 8 February 2018. The invited speakers namely: Ms. Koh Puay Eng and Mr. Arul John Peter gave an interesting 2-hours workshop to the audience and engaged them in a series of hands-on activities.
The activities include, using LEGO bricks to express themselves creatively and identifying individual thoughts and perceptions, as well as discussing on how through such “play”, topics such as leadership, teamwork, work attitude, etc can be brought through in learning and development for the current workforce.
Undoubtingly a fun-filled session as laughter lingered around in the training room after each individual was told to comment on their final assembly on the LEGO bricks and everyone managed to tap unreservedly into their imagination to create the best LEGO brick model they have. The camaraderie followed with a networking tea-break ended the afternoon of interaction.
More workshops in 2018 are in the pipeline. For more information on the above speakers or interest to participate in similar programmes, please feel free to contact ELITC at [email protected]
