Step 1

MAKE FRINGED FLOWERS

Fringe the paper strip

Roll the fringed strip with the quilling needle

Secure with glue

Fluff the fringe

MAKE A HEART SHAPE

APPLYING GLUE

Stick the yellow flowers

beginning from the edge.

Continue sticking the orange flowers

following the heart shape.

Fill the empty space

with white flowers
