Although Nedbank’s fees have always been reasonable, the National Credit Act now stipulates the maximum initiation and service fees and interest rates for each type of loan agreement. It also specifi es that you may be required, depending on the type of loan agreement, to pay:

• the cost of any extended-warranty agreement; • service, default and collection fees; and• taxes and licence or registration fees; • credit insurance.
