MAKE DECLARATIONS

Page 2: Make Declarations

Philippians 2:11 (NIV)

11 and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

WORDS

Declaration, proclamation or proclaiming, confessing out aloud. Proclaim means ‘to shout forth’. Confess

means ‘to say the same as’.

A declaration is to shout forth or say the same thing with our mouths as God has already said in His Word.

Romans 4:17 (NIV)

“God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did.”

Page 5: Make Declarations

Romans 10:9-10 (NIV) 9 That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord,"

and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your

mouth that you confess and are saved.

15 "But Lord," Gideon asked, "how can I save Israel? My clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the

least in my family."

Page 7: Make Declarations

12 When the angel of the Lord appeared to Gideon, he said, "The Lord is with you, mighty warrior.”

Psalm 33:6 (NIV)

6 By the word of the Lord were the heavens made, their starry host by the breath of his mouth.

Page 12: Make Declarations

2 Peter 3:5-7 (NIV)

5 But they deliberately forget that long ago by God's word the heavens existed and the earth was formed

out of water and by water. 6 By these waters also the world of that time was deluged and destroyed. 7 By

the same word the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the day of judgment

and destruction of ungodly men.

Isaiah 55:10-11 (NIV)

10 As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth

and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, 11 so is my

word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and

achieve the purpose for which I sent it.

Overcoming negative thinking

Lamentations 3:24-25 (NIV) 24 I say to myself, "The Lord is my portion; therefore I will wait for him." 25 The Lord is good to those whose hope is in him, to the one who seeks him; 26 it is good

to wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.

Surgery and you cannot guarantee the outcome

Psalm 118:17 (NIV)

17 I will not die but live, and will proclaim what the Lord has done.

If people talk or pray against you

Isaiah 54:17 (NIV)

17 no weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and this is their

vindication from me," declares the Lord.

Romans 12:21 (NIV)

21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

In the face of spiritual attack

Deuteronomy 33:25-27 (NIV)

25 The bolts of your gates will be iron and bronze, and your strength will equal your days. 26 "There is no

one like the God of Jeshurun, who rides on the heavens to help you and on the clouds in his majesty.

27 The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms. He will drive out your enemy

before you, saying, 'Destroy him!'

Financial Provision

8 And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need,

you will abound in every good work.

Malachi 3:10-12 (NIV)

10 Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the Lord Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open

the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it.11 I will prevent pests from devouring your crops, and the vines in your fields will not cast their fruit," says the Lord Almighty. 12 "Then all the nations will call you blessed, for yours will be a delightful land," says the

Lord Almighty.

Sickness

1 Peter 2:24 (NIV)

24 He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness;

by his wounds you have been healed.

Daniel 2:20-22 (NIV)

20 and said: "Praise be to the name of God for ever and ever; wisdom and power are his. 21 He changes

times and seasons; he sets up kings and deposes them. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to

the discerning. 22 He reveals deep and hidden things; he knows what lies in darkness, and light

dwells with him.

Psalm 33:8-12 (NIV)

8 Let all the earth fear the Lord; let all the people of the world revere him.9 For he spoke, and it came to be; he commanded, and it stood firm.10 The Lord

foils the plans of the nations; he thwarts the purposes of the peoples.11 But the plans of the Lord stand firm forever, the purposes of his heart through all generations.12 Blessed is the nation whose God is

the Lord, the people he chose for his inheritance.

Luke 10:5-7 (NIV)

5 "When you enter a house, first say, 'Peace to this house.' 6 If a man of peace is there, your peace will

rest on him; if not, it will return to you. 7 Stay in that house, eating and drinking whatever they give you, for the worker deserves his wages. Do not move around

from house to house.

Psalm 89:15 (NRSV) 15 Happy are the people who know the festal shout, who walk, O Lord, in the light of your countenance;

Ezekiel 12:21-28 (NIV)21 The word of the Lord came to me: 22 "Son of man, what is this proverb you have in the land of Israel: 'The days go by and every vision comes to nothing'? 23 Say to them, 'This is what

the Sovereign Lord says: I am going to put an end to this proverb, and they will no longer quote it in Israel.' Say to them,

'The days are near when every vision will be fulfilled. 24 For there will be no more false visions or flattering divinations

among the people of Israel. 25 But I the Lord will speak what I will, and it shall be fulfilled without delay. For in your days, you

rebellious house, I will fulfill whatever I say, declares the Sovereign Lord.'" 26 The word of the Lord came to me: 27

"Son of man, the house of Israel is saying, 'The vision he sees is for many years from now, and he prophesies about the distant future.' 28 "Therefore say to them, 'This is what the Sovereign

Lord says: None of my words will be delayed any longer; whatever I say will be fulfilled, declares the Sovereign Lord.'"
