Hand Poster Hand Poster
Materials:
Paper
Paints
Glitter
Scissors
Large coloured sheet of paper
Stickers
Feathers
PVA glue
Step 1: Cover the palm of your hand in paint, and print it onto a blank white sheet. While that dries, cut out the letters of the group name doing the activity.
Step 2: Decorate each letter using paints and glitter etc, and leave them to dry. Step 3: Cut out the hands on the white sheets when they are dry and begint o decorate using the materials you have gathered. Step 4: Arrange the letters and hands on the large coloured sheet and glue down using PVA glue.

Bumble Bee's Materials:
Cardboard toilet paper rolls
Yellow and black paint
Strips of white paper
PVA glue
Yellow and black pipe cleaners
Plastic eyes
Sellotape
White paper
Step 1: Set up table with all materials you will need. Step 2: Paint 3 strips of white paper yellow and 3 strips black. While they're drying cut a cirle and two oval shapes from the white paper that will be the head of the bee and the wings. Paint them yellow or black. Step 3: Stick the strips onto the cardboard toilet paper roll using PVA in a yellow black order until the cardboard is covered.
Step 4: Stick the bees face to the cardboard roll using PVA, then stick the plastic eyes onto the face.
Step 5: Stick the pipe cleaners onto the inside of the cardboard roll, two at the top behind the face to represent antennae, and another at the bottom of the back to represent a tail (AKA a stinger). Step 6: Finally, stick the wings onto each side of the bee using PVA glue and leave to dry. Mask Decorating. Materials:
Mask decorating set (comes with mask, elastic strap and paints)
Feathers
Paints
Pipe cleaners
Stickers
Paintbrushes
Glitter
Sellotape
PVA glue
Step 1: Set up table with all materials above. Step 2: Tie the elastic strap through the holes in the mask to fit your head. Step 3: Decorate using paints, glitter, stickers etc. Be as inventive as you like.

Paper Fish: Materials:
Paper plates
Paint
Glitter
Stickers
Feathers
Sellotape
Step 1: Set up table with paints, glitter, sellotape, stickers and other items you plan to use to decorate the fish. Step 2: Cut out shapes from the paper plates that can be used as fins. Step 3: Stick the fins on the back side of the paper plate using sellotape.
Step 4: Begin to decorate the fish how you wish. Step 5: Use glitter, stickers and anything to make the fish look interesting.
Step 6: Stick on eye and mouth. You can also cut these out from paper plates and customise them yourself.
Tree Activity
Materials:
Rubber gloves
Pictures of leaves
Leaves
Paints
Glitter
Large sheet of white paper
Step 1: Get materials ready on tables for the actvity. Set up a seperate table with a large white sheet in which the outline of a tree is drawn on. Step 2: Paint leaves and decorate using glitter. Paint tree trunk brown and grass below. Step 3: Stick the decorated leaves on to the tree along with real leaves.
Aim: For the group to explore their artistic abilities with an end result they can take home.
