Open Outlook:1. Start Menu2. All Programs3. Microsoft Office4. Microsoft Office
Outlook 2007
Make an appointment!
Click Calendar tab > New > Appointment.
Make an appointment!
Fill in what, where, when, and details.
Make an appointment!
Click Scheduling Assistant.
Make an appointment!
Type names to invite.
Check availability
Dragging vertical lines will change times
Make an appointment!
Click Send.
Both attendees free
Make an appointment!
The appointment shows on attendees’ calendars.
Make changes, send updates
To make changes, double-click the appointment.
Writing a message is optional
Change date, time, place, reminders, attendees, etc. and click Send Update
To cancel appointment – a cancellation e-mail will be sent
Save!
Make changes, send updates
If you haven’t clicked Save, you will receive a prompt to save changes, or send updates, or cancel and return to the appointment for more editing.
