Lab Protocol

1. Observe the cadaver and models of the male reproductive system dissected. Make sure you can recognize the structures listed on the Lab Guide, including seminal vesicle, ejaculatory duct, prostate gland, bulbourethral gland, urinary bladder, vas deferens, corpora cavernosa, corpus spongiosum, urethra, epididymis, testis, and scrotum.

2. Look at microscope slides (or Virtual Microscope) for histology of testis and epididymis. Draw a testis section including seminiferous tubules, interstitial cells, spermatocytes, spermatogonia, spermatids and/or spermatozoa.
