Disease : Basal cell CACharacteristic appearance : Picket fence appearance
Cells at pointer : Palisade of Basal cells
Disease : Squamous cell CA
Epidermis that invaded the dermis.. Squamous cells arranged into lobules
Keratinization in the centers .. Known as keratin pearls
Disease : tumor emboli, lung
Shows hematogenous spread.. The malignant cells will be found w/I the BV.
Landmark : normal alveoli

There’s ectodermal differentiation due to presence of totipotential cell thus presenting with sebaceous gland, hair follicles, etc.See stuff that are not suppose to be seen in ovary!
