• Description:– This page allows the Roles below to request

New or Existing Materials from CDD

• Granted Role: – School Textbook Officer

• Menu Path: – Curriculum Management > Curriculum

1)Before approval, ‘Cancel’ button is available.2)After approval, ‘Cancel’ button will not be available.

User will have to contact CDD directly if they wish to cancel request.

Important Notes

• School may request for multiple textbooks.– CDD may reject request if 1 of the textbook in

the request is Rejected.– CDD will indicate the book in their comments– School will have to submit request again

excluding the textbook which has been rejected

• Value entered in Quantity Received will be added into the Quantity on Hand in Inventory page
