Organisational Strategic Plan
• GHP is the organisation’s key overarching strategic plan.
• Communicates vision, values, challenges and our priorities to public, staff and partners.
• Aug 2008 Grampian NHS Board agreed to:– move to a 3-year GHP– deliver 1 message via 2 documents
• Development process underway with the aim that the GHP will be approved in April 2009
Strategic Objectives
• We have developed key areas against each of our five strategic themes
• We now have a high level of interconnectivity between and across themes
• Next Steps - further refinement and focus of objectives and then test with executive team, Operational Management Team and the Strategic Service and Resource Committee
