Admission requirements To be admitted to this Master’s Degree Programme, students must possess a suitable educational background and the minimum curricular requirements. A certified knowledge of English at minimum level B2 is also required by the time of enrolment, or to be ascertained by the time in which the degree is awarded, depending on the curriculum chosen.     learning outcomesThe Master’s Degree Course in Management aims to form experts in the management of public and private organi-sations which are confronted with the problems and op-portunities dictated by the profound transformations of the economic scenario on a national and international le-vel. The course develops specific knowledge and skills in the field of Management through innovative teaching that actively involves students, helping them to deal with the main players in the world of business and with local insti-tutions. Depending on the students’ chosen curriculum, the course provides and deepens the strategic planning aspects of companies involved in processes such as in-ternational opening, administrative management, system planning and control systems of international businesses, or the management of distribution and communication policies, and product innovation which could capitalise on the opportunities offered by the economic scenario in whi-ch organisations are called to operate.

    occupational profilesGraduates from the Master’s Degree Programme in Ma-nagement will be able to work in public and private organi-sations that are confronted with international dynamics in roles concerning strategy, innovation, marketing, admini-stration, corporate finance and management control. Graduates in Accounting and Finance will be able to work for multinational and international companies in key fun-ctions such as administration, company finance, and ma-nagement control. Graduates who invest in this specific area of expertise will also have access to Italian and forei-gn consultancy companies operating in the field of inter-national business services.
