Introducing Interview Scheduling
As a Manager, Wand makes it easy for you to connect your calendar to Wand. You can quickly view your calendar events within Wand when you schedule an interview. You can enter interview details, reschedule
interviews, and send interview requests directly from Wand.
Syncing Your Calendar to Wand
After logging into Wand as a Manager, navigate to your ‘Profile' in the main navigation.
If the MSP has enabled 'Allow Manager to Connect Calendar with Wand Calendar’ then you should see a section called 'Calendar Sync.'
Follow the steps to Sync your calendar to Wand.
Note: You can always unlink your calendar at any time. Once it’s been unlinked Wand does not have access to your calendar.
Once an interview is confirmed, it will be automatically added to your Google or Office 365 Calendar. An
MSP/Delegate Manager can also see the your calendar when they schedule an interview on your behalf (as long as you have connected your Calendar to Wand).
Note: Depending on whether you use Google Calendar or MS Office 365, you can enable Calendar Sync. Exchange server 2010 & 2013 are no supported at this time.
