He has over 19 years of technical and professional experience relating to the management, development, mitigation and I'emediation of water resources and water rights in Nevada, having provided water and environmental related services to clients in the mining, geothermal, oil & gas, municipal, agricultural, solar, and waste disposal industries. He has performed numerous hydrogeological and environmental investigations site characterizations, basin studies, perennial / sustainable yield estimates, and water resource studies and inventories. In 2015 and 2016, Mr. Donahoe was retained by Solarljos, LLC, to assist in putting together the application for three, vested water rights proofs that were filed with the Nevada Division of Water Resources. Mr. Donahoe was part of the team at SRK, Consulting (U.S.), Inc. ("SRK"), that performed the investigation to put forth the proofs that were filed and has knowledge of the findings and conclusions stated in the report presented by SRK, as well as the information presented in that report. 1

Ari Erickson, a fourth generation Nevadan, served in the Navy as a nuclear reactoroperator on CVN -74 and CVN-77. For the past few years he has been a member ofthe Diamond Valley Ground Water Management Plan Advisory Board. He has alsobeen serving on the Eureka County Natural Resources Advisory Committee as theappointed mining representative. He currently resides in Diamond Valley, on afarm raising goats with his lovely wife Ahsha and their three boys (with one moreon the way). He is employed as Director of Operations, Gullsil-Prospect Mountaini n E u r e k a N e v a d a .

Mr. Erickson also participated in the investigation performed on the propertyencompassing the Diamond Mine and the area involved in the submission of thethree proofs of vested rights put forth for Solarljos by SRK, and Mr. Erickson haspersonal knowledge of the property, the maps, and the locations of the sitesdescribed in the SRK report and the information contained therein.

Ms. Harmon is a professional archaeologist permitted by the Nevada State Office ofthe BLM and the State of Nevada to conduct prehistoric and historic archaeologicalinvestigations on pubhc lands in the State of Nevada. Additionally, Ms. Harmon islisted on the Register of Professional Archaeologists and meets the Secretary of theInterior's Standards for professional archaeologists. She received her Master'sdegree in Anthropology from the University of Nevada, Reno, in 2005, and hasworked as a manager of cultural resource projects for Kautz EnvironmentalC o n s u l t a n t s s i n c e t h a t t i m e .

In 2015, Ms. Harmon was contracted by GuUsil to conduct cultural resourceinvestigations for the proposed Prospect Mine project in Eureka County. Theinvestigations serviced as the baseline data utilized by BLM to identify culturalresources eligible or potentially eligible for the National Register within theProspect Mine area, and assess the effects of the project on those resources. Thebasehne studies identified 32 archaeological resources, five of which were

recommended eligible for the National Register. The baseline study reports wereaccepted by the BLM and the Nevada State Historic Preservation Office in 2017.Because of protocol requirements of BLM, the report is not released to Gullsil and isnot generally made available to the applicant or outside sources until such time asBLM determines to make the information publicly available, in order to assure thatthere is no interference or disturbance of the areas identified as culturallysignificant; thus, it may be that at the time of this submission, the report preparedby Ms. Harmon will not be made available for public review, but Ms. Harmon willbe available to testify to her findings and what was contained in the report.

Mr. Campbell is a professional archaeologist permitted by the Nevada State Officeof the BLM to conduct prehistoric and historic archaeological investigations onpublic lands in the State of Nevada at the level of a Crew Chief/Field Supervisor.He studied Anthropology with an emphasis in Archaeology at Palomar College insouthern California from 1987 to 1990, and has more than 20 years of experience inarchaeological field investigation. Scott Campbell is listed on Kautz's permit toconduct archaeological investigations on BLM land in Nevada, and served as theCrew Chief of record for the Prospect Cultural Resource Inventory.

Mr. Campbell is the archaeologist who performed the fieldwork for Prospect.
