What is Marketing Company
A business that affects the distribution and sales of goods and services from producer to consumer
including products or service development, pricing, packaging, advertising, merchandising, and distribution.
Who is a marketing manager
He’s a person who works with and through a group of other people by coordinating their efforts and work activities in order to achieve a marketing company goals
What is Business Communication
The communication and interaction among people inside the company and this kind of communication can take several forms.
Communication can be verbal, oral or written.
Henry Minstberg’s Theory
• Minstberg's managerial rule was and still the most important rule. It can be applied in any Marketing company.
• He discovered 10 managerial roles divided into 3 groups:
