I have known Leeroy Santos for 10 years in Traffic Ops. Division and I have witness Leeroy growwithin our Division as a Technician and a Leader.

Due to recent changes ofstaffin& Leeroy has been training all the new hires that comes into ourdepartment and he understand the importance of teamwork and discipline and puts these values towork every day to achieve our division's common goals.

He has made a big difference for me when he trains the new hires where it makes it easier for me toprocess the new hires time attendance and their daily duties in Cityworks. Also, at countless timeswhen he fills in as an acting supervisor, he helps me tremendously without hesitations.

He is a pleasure to work with and an asset to our Division and Manatee County and should berecognized as such,

I have had the privilege of working with LeeRoy on several mobile device projects. He was one of the ftrst users to embrace webedlting and the use of a mobile device for work order manatement. During each project LeeRoy was eager to learn and use thenew technology. Once tralned, LeeRoy was able to train other members of the Signs crew. LeeRoy has shown great initiativeand adaptability with integrating new technology into field work. For these reasons I have no hesitation in r€commendingLeeRoy Santos for Employee of the Month.
