VIII. FEE:
Details of fee, as approved by State fee Committee, for the Institution. The Final Tuition & Development Fees is approved by the Fee Regulating Authority, Government of Maharashtra, Bandra, Mumbai.
Time schedule for payment of fee for the entire programme. The students are allowed to pay the fees in two installments within first half session.
No. of Fee waivers granted with amount and name of students. Every year we offered fees concession to economically backward students from all categories. Being Educational Trust, we offer students 60% concession in Tuition fees.
Number of scholarship offered by the institute, duration and amount The forms of the students for Free ship & Scholarship were sent to Special District Social Welfare Officer, Government of Maharashtra during the session 2017 - 18, total 35 students applied for Free ship / Scholarship.
Criteria for fee waivers/scholarship. As per the Government / Mumbai University Circular’s:
a) Circular No.K.B.S.S./(24)/296/2008 dated 7-7-2008 b) Circular No.OBC-2007/P.K.150/MVK-3 dated 26-3-2008 c) Circular No.EBC-2005/P.K.213/MVK-2 dated 27-3-2008 received from Mumbai University. We send the proposals of the students for freeship & scholarship as per the notifications of Government of Maharashtra to Special Social Welfare Officer, Mumbai, every year.

XI. CRITERIA AND WEIGHTAGES FOR ADMISSION
Describe each criteria with its respective weightages i.e. Admission Test, marks in qualifying examination etc. : Following criteria is considered for preparing Merit List at the time of admission: 1) The Common Entrance Test (CET) Marks of the subject; i) Memory
Drawing ii) Object Drawing iii) Design & iv) General Knowledge were considered for merit list.
2) Also Intermediate Drawing Grade examination marks are added to the CET marks as per the Grade received by the candidate.
Relative Merit in case of tie: In the case of candidates securing equal number of marks in their relative merit will be fixed on the basis of following in the order of preference given below: a) A candidate securing higher grade at the Intermediate Drawing Grade
Examination. b) A candidate with higher aggregate percentage in SSC (10 level)
examination or an equivalent examination. c) A candidate securing higher marks in the paper Object Drawing at
Entrance Examination. d) A candidate securing higher marks in the paper Design at Entrance
Examination. e) A candidate securing higher marks in the paper Memory Drawing at
Entrance Examination. f) Birth Date of the candidate (Elder Candidate will be given preference).
Mention the minimum level of acceptance, if any. : The criteria for admission to First Year, B.F.A. (Applied Art) Degree Course is as follows: 1) The Candidate should be an Indian National & must have passed HSC or
equivalent exam with minimum 45% marks for Open Category & 40% for Backward Class Candidate.
2) The students must have passed Common Entrance Test conducted by the
Directorate of Art, Govt. of Maharashtra with non zero score. Mention the cut-off levels of percentage & percentile scores of the candidates in
the admission test for the last three years. Session 2015 - 2016 : 58.50%
Session 2016 - 2017 : 54.50%
Session 2017 – 2018 : 64%
