1. During the construction phase, the applicant should adhere to the State of Maryland regulations regarding particulate matter and noise pollution.
2. The applicant is encouraged to screen the proposed ground structures on the south and west side of the property by providing either a double staggered row of evergreen trees or shrubs at minimum 6-feet at planting, or 6-feet high sight-tight fence or wall, or a 2-feet-high berm, to be densely planted with vegetation to achieve a screen with an ultimate height of at least 6-feet, or a combination of all options.
3. Add a note to the landscape plan that states: “This project is exempt from tree canopy coverage requirements because the total area of disturbance is smaller than 5,000-square-feet.”
