• Mobility, from 2013 to 2018, Barcelona is the Mobile

World Capital (MWC) and wishes to use it as a lever for

transforming the city, as well as an opportunity for

companies.

• E-Administration, Administrative Collaboration. Cloud,

Social networks, mobility....

• SmartCity, Barcelona wants to lead a new concept of

intelligent city, a way to govern cities.

• Systems (Information Systems) modern and efficient

that respond to the strategic objectives of the city.

• Innovation to transform the administration, to improve

production processes and tthe quality of life.

• The City Council’s governing-body believes that ICT has become vital to the future of the city and

its citizens and has established a strategy which can be summarized by the acronym
