Dear Guardian / Student,

With privatization, liberalization and globalization - the world economy and in particular the Indian economy has already seen, record breaking Sensex levels as well as the mind boggling global financial turmoil. The demand for Technocrats, Engineers and Managers is yet again on the upswing. The paradox is that there are plenty of qualified people but a dearth of competent people.

The credo at Mangalmay Institutions is building Engineers, Managers and Researchers with a sound knowledge and conceptual base and the ability to leverage these skills in their employing organizations.

Mangalmay Institutions traces its genesis to the year 2002, when it commenced the first batch of students in the introductory programs. Sweat and toil has put the Institute in the Premier league among the community of sister Institutions. Mangalmay Institutions has traversed a rigorous though satisfying odyssey in its quest for excellence.

State-of-the-Art Infrastructure and facilities including voluminous library, Techno-savvy Computer labs, spacious cafeteria, plush boys and girls hostel, recreation rooms and sports courts amongst other have supplemented the aesthetically created campus environment which have added to the ambience of the Institution.

Our faculty are drawn from the finest Institutions in the country and represent a wide array of disciplines in Engineering, Management, Bio-Technology and Education. In order to meet the challenges of the global and turbulent environment, all of us as individuals and as institutions have to make a flexible, adaptable and amoeba like responsiveness. The need of the hour is to shape men and women who are change masters, with a passion for innovation and the ability to lead in a global environment. In such a scenario, a knowledge worker who can work at the cutting edge of technology, add value to the bottom-line, and provide competitive advantage to an organization is a valued asset to any organization.

The Mangalmay Group commenced its operations with the intent to impart quality education in the field of Engineering, Management, Biotechnology and Education and equip young people with knowledge and skills, which would help them, make meaningful contributions to the country facing the challenges of global competition.

To address the paradigm shift created by the turbulent challenges within the socio-techno-economic environment by creating an organic and dynamic institution, which is vibrant and would strive to meet global competencies in education.

The long term pursuit is of creating new standards in education practices, imparting quality education in synergy with industry requirements and expectations which are in tandem with the social aspirations espoused, by the Mangalmay Foundation Trust.

To identify niche areas in human development as a step to empower society and to socialize student managers in tune with the demands of business, industry, society and nation at large.

To create multi-skilled and competent managers with ethical values, transparency and integrity who are global in their outlook and local in their focus.

The genesis of the Institution is traced back to the year 2002, when the untiring efforts of a dedicated team of academicians and professionals lead by its patrons Shri Atul Mangal and Shri Anuj Mangal culminated in the establishment of the Mangalmay Institute of Management & Technology at its Greater Noida campus.

The workshop is well knit with all basic shops required for production and manufacture of miniature job, fall demonstration to students as per B.Tech. Syllabus. These shops have modern machine tools like lathes, shaper, milling machines along with auxiliary supporting equipments like drilling, power press etc.

Electric Engineering Lab is up to date for practical comprising of DC Motors and Speed Reversal of 3 phase induction motors. In addition there are setups of semi conductor devices and their characteristics etc.

Graphics is the language of Engineers to study the design and drawing of 2 & 3 dimensions of all day to day equipment comprising machines, buildings and also forecasts far off objects in the universe. In present day developments it is supported by CAD for highly developed equipments.

The department of applied sciences has both Chemistry and Physics Labs with well equipped modern experimental setups. These Labs are designed in such a manner to conduct experiments as per curriculum needs.

A State-of-the-Art Computer centre having Unix/Linux and Windows environment equipped with adequate number of High-end Computers with LAN/WAN connectivity and licensed Softwares. Computing and Internet facilities are available to the students round the clock.

This lab is specially designed to improve the communication skills at individual level. Trained instructors help students tune their communication with the help of communication tools, softwares, stereophonic aids, laptops, projector screens etc.

A Mecca of knowledge plays the role of a knowledge resource center. The Library is well stocked with books, journals, periodicals, magazines and compendiums on varied topics. It has been our endeavor to provide students with the best possible reading & research material.

Beside the computer labs, campus is Wi-Fi enabled to provide 24x7 Internet connectivity in class rooms, lobby, garden, canteen etc.

Is a multidimensional, multi versatile experience holder in the field of education. He is a member of different bodies as - IATE, AITE, NCTE and has contributed to various renown organizations in higher education.

Occupies the central place in the administrative and organizational setup of the Group since its inception. He puts dedicated and determined efforts towards focused development of Mangalmay Institutions.

M.Tech from IIT, Kharagpur, provides able guidance in teaching, research and development related areas. He is representative of youthful entrepreneurship in innovative and goals driven efforts towards excellence.

The aesthetically designed, Hi-tech auditorium equipped with audio-visual aids offers seating capacity of 350 delegates for business symposiums which are held at large.

Highly modernized and technologically advanced Biotechnology Labs possess hi-tech equipment to enable students to perform experiments and give the much required practical dimension which acts as a supplement to theoretical inputs.

The 150 Seater Air-conditioned Conference Hall is utilized as a venue for formal meetings, Guest lectures, discussions and brain storming sessions.

It is the favorite haunt of students. The cafeteria provides fresh and hygienic snack items, vegetarian meals, soft-drinks etc.

Mangalmay provides in - campus separate hostel facility for Boys and Girls. Boys and Girls hostels are aesthetically designed, complete with mess and recreational facilities, in a safe and secure environment.

Advanced and ergonomically designed 60 seater Lecture Halls are spacious and adequately ventilated and equipped with Podiums, White board and L.C.D Facilities.

To and fro transport facility can be availed from Noida at specified stoppage points by utilizing the Institute's bus on payment.

Transport facility is available to Day scholars from Noida to the Institute and back on all working days (except examination) at fixed timings. An amount of Rs. 18,000/- has to be paid towards this facility for one academic year.*These charges would be applicable if the student chooses to avail the Hostel, Mess and transport services of the Institute.Note:- All the fees are to be paid in cash or through bank draft in favour of MIMT, payable at Delhi. Hostel/Transportation charges once paid are not refundable under any circumstances

Being a segment of the engineering profession that provides the basic engineering need of the nation., the program holistically equips the student-engineer through theory and multi-operational labs such as the Geotechnical Engineering, Geoinformatic, Structural Analysis, Modern Survey, Fluid Mechanics/Fluid Machinery, Transport Engineering, Material Science, Geo-Science, CAD, etc.Civil Engineering involves the construction and development of public transportation systems, roads, bridges, dams, tunnels, airports and irrigation and sewage systems. Civil Engineering is one of the oldest engineering specialties.There is huge demand for Civil Engineers in India and Abroad and it is also expected to get a boost as the country gets ready to upgrade its infrastructure with growing economic and political clout in the world.

ECE is one of the most preferred Engineering branches. After doing B. Tech, one can work in different areas like Core Electronics, Embedded Systems, Communication Industry like Telecom, Digital Signal Processing, Microprocessors and Manufacturing. With State-of-the-Art labs in Electronics and Communication Engineering, the Department has commenced its program in the academic year 2011-12.
