Manipulation of images for my contents page
This is one of the images I edited to put on my contents page of me and my model lydia
Here I was using the spot healing brush to remove any red imperfections or spots on mine or lydia’s faces
Here I lowered the brightness and lowered the contrast. I found this made the clouds look more defined and not as bright which fits better with my magazine genre as it is had darker tones in it
this is the second image I wanted to edit for my contents page
Here I used the spot healing brush to remove any spots and red marks on my models faces
Here I heightened the brightness slightly and lowered the contrast a lot as I wanted my image to be slightly brighter but not have the orange looking bright colours which hightening the contrast does to the image
Here I used auto tone to let Photoshop adjust the tones in the image to the optimum setting to make the image look as best as possible.
This is the third image I wanted to use of my contents page
I used the spot healing brush here to remove any imperfections from my model, Jacobs face.
Here I lowered the brightness and the contrast to give the image a more ‘grey’ looking colour to it in order to make the image look more ‘grunge’ and rock like in order to fit with my genre of magazine
Here I used the auto tone to adjust the tones in the image to the optimum looking colour for this image
Here is the fourth image I want to use on my contents page
I used auto tone here but I did not like it so I undid this in the history bar and did not use auto tones
Here I applied the auto tone effect
Here I lowered the contrast and the brightness a lot to lowered the brightness of the lights behind the artists on the stage so that the artists where more visible
