1. Introduccin al producto

INMOTION SCV V5 es un dispositivo de desplazamiento y transporte prctico, interesante y moderno, y una utilidad de entretenimiento. En consonancia con el principio de equilibrio dinmico, INMOTION SCV V5 puede detectar los cambios de la postura del cuerpo con el giroscopio y el sensor de aceleracin integrados, y conducir de forma precisa mediante el sistema de auto equilibrio para mantener el equilibrio. Los usuarios pueden avanzar, acelerar, detenerse, frenar el patn y realizar otras operaciones de conduccin inclinando el cuerpo hacia adelante o hacia atrs, y tambin pueden mantener el equilibrio lateral mediante el control del cuerpo.

1.1 Nmero de serie del producto El nmero de serie, es una secuencia de 16 caracteres normalmente acompaada por un cdigo de barras de una dimensin o un

cdigo de barras de menos de dos dimensiones, es el identificador nico del producto. Se utiliza para hacer un seguimiento de calidad, el servicio posventa, el reclamo de seguros, la falta de confirmacin y otros conceptos. Asegrese de registrar y conservar el nmero de serie.

1.3 Varilla de empuje y Modo de Asistencia El INMOTION SCV V5 le ofrece una varilla de empuje opcional que debe adquirirse de INMOTION IBERIA y el usuario

deber instalarse l mismo. El modo de asistencia permite al sistema proporcionar una fuerza de conduccin adecuada a poca velocidad para ayudar a los usuarios a empujar el INMOTION SCV V5 con facilidad cuando no quieran conducir o cuando el estado no sea adecuado para conducir (por ejemplo, cuando no haya suficiente cantidad elctrica, en cuestas empinadas, suelo mojado o resbaladizo, arena, vas irregulares, entornos concurridos, etc.), algo que ha mejorado fuertemente la portabilidad.

1.4 Botn del manillar para evitar la rotacin de los neumticos Debido al algoritmo nico del INMOTION SCV V5 , si el ngulo del cuerpo vara despus de que el cuerpo del patn se levante

1.5 Proteccin de velocidad mxima El INMOTION SCV V5 restringe la velocidad de conduccin mxima para prevenir de los daos derivados de una conduccin

demasiado rpida. Cuando la velocidad de conduccin del vehculo se acerca a la velocidad mxima definida por el sistema, el pedal se inclinar entre 3-5, acompaado de un sonido de alarma. Es en este momento cuando los usuarios deben reducir la velocidad. Las siguientes funciones pueden realizarse a travs de la aplicacin de INMOTION: arrancar/parar, encender/apagar las luces, visualizar la velocidad, mostrar el kilometraje, mostrar la cantidad elctrica, configurar los parmetros del cuerpo del patn, personalizar la voz, detectar fallos, servicios posventa, actualizacin del firmware, etc.

2. Cmo utilizar INMOTION SCV V5

2.1 Precauciones para una conduccin segura

El INMOTION SCV V5 es un tipo de dispositivo de desplazamiento y transporte inteligente y una herramienta de entretenimiento. Si no utiliza el patn de conformidad con las disposiciones especificadas en este manual, puede incurrir en riesgos de conduccin. No importa el momento ni el lugar, es probable que cause lesiones e incluso la muerte y/o la prdida de propiedad debido a pendientes, prdida del control, accidentes, etc., incluyendo el hecho de conducir el INMOTION SCV V5 sin cumplir con los requisitos descritos en este manual. Debe leer y seguir atentamente este manual por completo, ver los vdeos de seguridad correspondientes y seguir de forma estricta las precauciones indicas a continuacin para reducir los riesgos y evitar daos y prdidas:

Los usuarios deben cargar el INMOTION SCV V5 como mnimo una vez al mes a temperatura ambiente. Los daos a la batera debidos a un mantenimiento incorrecto se excluyen de la cobertura de garanta de nuestra empresa.

Debe llevar un casco y un equipo protector durante la conduccin, y asegurarse de que la barra de traccin se ha plegado en su lugar.

No conduzca el INMOTION SCV V5 para subir o bajar pendientes con ngulos superiores a los 18. No realice aceleraciones o desaceleraciones rpidas ni giros repentinos.

2.3 Pasos operativos para principiantes Sujete el cuerpo del patn y asegrese de que se encuentra en posicin vertical en relacin con el suelo antes del arranque. Abra los pedales a ambos lados. Coloque un pie a un lado del pedal. Debe colocar la suela en el centro del pedal. La parte superior del cuerpo debe estar en posicin vertical y los ojos mirando hacia adelante. Incline el centro de su peso

corporal hacia el otro lado del pedal. Trate de levantar el otro pie del suelo para buscar el punto de equilibrio. Poco a poco comience a deslizarse lentamente hacia adelante con el apoyo de un solo pie, hasta que el patn pueda seguir

3. Mantenimiento y servicio

3.1 Almacenamiento Un almacenamiento irrazonable har que la vida til de la batera de litio sea menor y pueda generar otros daos. Guarde el

INMOTION SCV V5 en un entorno interior seco y con una temperatura y humedad adecuadas. Si no va a utilizarlo durante un largo periodo de tiempo, cargue por completo la batera a temperatura ambiente y al menos una vez al mes.

3.2 Inflacin de aire y reemplazo de los neumticos interiores y exteriores Si la presin de los neumticos es insuficiente, realice la inflacin de aire a tiempo. La presin de los neumticos de fbrica del

INMOTION SCV V5 es 2,8 Bar por defecto. Si el neumtico del INMOTION SCV V5 debe reemplazarse debido a un reventn, etc., contacte con el distribuidor autorizado de INMOTION o con el departamento de servicio posventa de INMOTION IBERIA para su mantenimiento.

3.3 Ajustes de la tensin de los pedales Los conductores se sentirn incmodos si los pedales del INMOTION SCV V5 estn flojos y podrn incluso caerse en

condiciones inadecuadas. Si los pedales se aflojan, utilice una llave Allen de 4mm y una llave para apretar el tornillo inferior que mantiene el eje. Desarrolle el hbito de comprobar todas las partes del INMOTION SCV V5 antes de usarlo.

3.4 Precauciones para la limpieza y el uso Antes de limpiar el vehculo deber estar apagado. Se deber quitar el cable de carga y cerrar el puerto de carga. No debe

entrar agua al puerto de carga de la batera durante el proceso de limpieza. Utilice agua enjabonada, agua limpia o un pao suave para limpiar la cubierta exterior del INMOTION SCV V5. No utilice

un chorro de agua a alta presin para limpiar el INMOTION SCV V5.

El nivel de resistencia al agua y al polvo del INMOTION SCV V5 es IP55, lo que significa que es resistente a salpicaduras de agua y al polvo. Por lo tanto, no se permite sumergir el INMOTION SCV V5 en agua, ya que podra causar un dao permanente al mismo.

No conduzca el INMOTION SCV V5 para pasar una zona de aguas profundas. No conduzca bajo la lluvia, pues podra caerse o causar daos al vehculo por el hecho de estar empapado en el agua.

No coloque el INMOTION SCV V5 cerca de fuentes de calor o lugares con temperaturas extremadamente elevadas, para evitar daos en la batera e incluso explosiones.

4. Aviso legal

El INMOTION SCV V5 puede considerarse como un tipo de dispositivo porttil de transporte inteligente, sin embargo, no puede reemplazar los medios de transporte existentes. Cuando utilice el INMOTION SCV V5 como un medio de transporte de corta distancia, pueden existir condiciones que causen daos, como pendientes, choques, etc. y otros riesgos. 4.1 Declaracin de uso

Para su aplicacin segura y buena experiencia, pedimos que utilice el producto especialmente en estricta conformidad con los siguientes requisitos:

1. Asegrese de leer y entender por completo el Manual del Usuario del INMOTION SCV V5 y la Gua del Usuario antes de utilizar el producto.

2. No permita que quien no haya ledo ni entendido por completo el Manual del Usuario del INMOTION SCV V5 y la Gua del Usuario utilice el INMOTION SCV V5.

6. El INMOTION SCV V5 es un tipo de vehculo de conduccin diseado para una sola persona. Dos o ms personas a la vez no deben conducir el patn. No conduzca el patn si va cargado o lleva un beb en brazos.

7. Asegrese de que se encuentra en plenas condiciones fsicas y mentales para subir/bajar y controlar libremente el INMOTION SCV V5 sin ninguna ayuda antes de conducir.

8. No modifique ni repare el INMOTION SCV V5 sin permiso o por personal que no haya sido autorizado por nuestra empresa. Si el producto tiene algn problema, contacte con el personal de posventa de INMOTION IBERIA, su opcin ms segura.

9. Asegrese de que el INMOTION SCV V5 no est flojo, roto o en otras situaciones anormales antes de conducir.

10. Antes de cargarlo, asegrese de que el conector est seco, libre de daos y sin materias extraas. Durante la carga, asegrese de insertar el conector correcto (100 V-240 V/50 HZ-60 HZ) y evite el contacto con nios y animales. Adems, mantenga el patn alejado de combustibles.

11. Las bateras del INMOTION SCV V5 deben estar a una temperatura ambiente de entre -20 C y 45 C. No exponga el patn a temperaturas por encima de los 45 C. Cuando la temperatura est por debajo de -20 C, las bateras entrarn en el estado de auto-bloqueo, momento en el cual no se podrn cargar ni utilizar. Mantenga el INMOTION SCV V5 en un entorno clido durante la carga o el uso.

12. Si hay alguna fuga (incluido el dao, emisin de un olor/humo peculiar o sobrecalentamiento) en las bateras, deje de usar el patn de inmediato, y evite el contacto con otros objetos.

13. No intente abrir o desmontar las bateras. No realice operaciones o aplicaciones anormales a las bateras.

14. Debido a un estado diferente entre la batera y el ambiente, el tiempo de espera de un INMOTION SCV V5 completamente cargado (la pantalla para visualizar la cantidad elctrica muestra 5 barras) y un INMOTION SCV V5 que no est completamente cargado (la pantalla para visualizar la cantidad elctrico muestra 1 barra) es respectivamente de 180 das y 30 das como mximo. 19. No conduzca el INMOTION SCV V5 en condiciones climticas adversas con baja visibilidad y falta de luz. No conduzca el patn cuando est extremadamente cansado.

20. Dado que es difcil que los conductores, los motoristas y peatones se perciban a tiempo por la noche y en ambientes con poca luz, recomendamos no conducir de noche ni en ambientes con poca luz, a fin de evitar los riesgos graves que pudieran surgir.

21. Preste atencin a la variacin de la superficie de la carretera y sus alrededores cuando conduzca el INMOTION SCV V5. Conduzca con cuidado para evitar daarse a usted mismo o los dems.

25. No realice giros a una velocidad rpida. No accione los frenos de golpe durante la conduccin del patn sobre carreteras resbaladizas. Es fcil que los comportamientos anteriormente mencionados provoquen deslizamientos y otras situaciones incontrolables.

26. No conduzca en los carriles para bicicletas. No conduzca en los carriles para vehculos de motor y otros lugares no adecuados. Cumpla estrictamente las normas de trfico y otras leyes y reglamentos. 28. No realice ni reciba llamadas telefnicas o realice actividades o acciones que puedan distraerlo durante la conduccin del INMOTION SCV V5, debe prestar atencin para controlar el entorno externo en cualquier momento.

29. Conduzca hacia adelante a lo largo de las direcciones de conduccin de los carriles para bicicletas permitidos y especificados por los gobiernos y las leyes locales o los bordes de la carretera. No conduzca en la direccin contraria a la permitida segn las regulaciones de trfico.

30. No realice adelantamientos de vehculos y peatones cuando salga de la conduccin del INMOTION SCV V5.

31. No arrastre otro medio de transporte con las manos durante la conduccin del INMOTION SCV V5. No realice conductas inapropiadas, como acrobacias, haciendo cualquier otro tipo de deporte extremo, etc.

El periodo de garanta dar comienzo en el momento de la compra original del producto por parte del usuario. INMOTION IBERIA garantiza que los productos cumplen con las especificaciones anunciadas siempre que no hayan sido manipulados, transportados, almacenados y utilizados de acuerdo con las instrucciones contenidas en los respectivos Manuales de Usuario proporcionados por INMOTION IBERIA. Por consiguiente, INMOTION IBERIA asume su responsabilidad nicamente respecto de aquellas disconformidades y defectos de los que se haya probado que han sido causados por acciones o negligencias cometidas con anterioridad al momento de la entrega de los productos al primer transportista. recomendaciones de uso y el manual de usuario adjunto. Desgaste en algn componente del producto derivado de su uso normal. Uso del vehculo por encima de las capacidades del mismo, as como maltrato evidente en forma de golpes y cualquier otra

anomala atribuible al consumidor.

1. Product Introduction INMOTION SCV V5 is a fashion, interesting, and practical travel and commuting device and entertainment utility. In line with the dynamic balance principle, INMOTION SCV V5 can detect changes of its body pose with the built-in gyroscope and acceleration sensor, and accurately drive a motor by the servo control system to adjust accordingly for balance. Users can move forward, speed up, slow down, brake the scooter, and perform other driving operations by tilting their bodies forth or back, and also can keep the lateral balance by controlling their bodies.

1.1. Product Serial Number The serial number, a 16-character sequence normally accompanied by one-dimensional barcode or below two-dimensional barcode, is the unique identifier of the product. It is used for quality tracing, after-sales service, insurance claim, lost confirmation, and other occasions. Please make sure to record and keep the serial number. 1.3. Push Rod and Assist Mode INMOTION SCV V5 provides optional push rod that needs to be purchased from INMOTION and installed by users themselves. The assist mode enables the system to provide proper driving force at a lower power to help users push NMOTION SCV V5 easily when users dont want to ride or when the condition is not suitable for riding (for instance, insufficient electric quantity, steep slope, wet and slippery ground, sand, bumpy road, crowded environment, etc.), which has greatly improved the portability.

1.4. Handle Button to Avoid Tire Rotation Due to the unique algorithm of INMOTION SCV V5, if the body angle varies after the scooter body lifts off the ground under normal startup state; it will lead to motor spinning acceleration until the scooter shuts down. If being placed on the ground during motor acceleration, the scooter will be likely to fly off due to the friction between wheels and ground, and there will a risk of running into others in some cases, such as elevators, stairs, getting on or off the bus, or crowed places. The anti-spinning key below the body handle is designed for the INMOTION SCV V5 according to its characteristics. When the user holds the handle to lift up the scooter, the key will be automatically triggered, and the scooter will enter the sleep state. In the meantime, the motor will no longer rotate to avoid spinning accordingly. Remove your hand from the handle key to let the scooter fall to the ground again. The scooter will return to normal condition for continual use. The Handle Button to Avoid Tire Rotation function is opened by default when INMOTION SCV V5 leaves the factory. You need to shut down this function on the mobile APP if installing the learning rope for operation on the handle. Users need to know the above functions and agree to accept the relevant legal liability statements when using this function.

1.5. Over speed Protection INMOTION SCV V5 restricts the maximum driving speed to avoid the dangers caused by driving too fast. When the scooter driving speed comes close to the maximum speed set by the system, the pedal will slightly tilt up for 3~5 accompanied by alarm sound. Users must slow down at this time. Do not accelerate forcibly (there is a risk of car crash if performing forced acceleration, the personal injuries and all losses caused by failure to operate according to the specification shall be borne by the users themselves). The pedal will return to normal angle once returning to normal speed. When the electric quantity is less than 2 scales, the maximum speed limit will reduce gradually. When the electric quantity comes up to or is lower than the minimum driving voltage (0 scale), the scooter body will automatically tilt up the pedal to give the user the hint to stop driving, otherwise it will cause damage to the scooter.

1.6. Slant Protection When the left and right tilt angle of the scooter body is more than 45 during driving, the system will induce the abnormality of the scooter body, and will automatically exit the self-balancing mode, so as to prevent the personal injuries caused by high-speed rotating tires after the tilting of the scooter body. In the meantime, the scooter will play the prompt tone of Be careful. It is only necessary to right the scooter body at this time to automatically enter the self-balancing mode.

1.7. INMOTION APP INMOTION APP is mobile software designed for INMOTION users by INMOTION Technologies Co., Ltd. to realize scooter control, make friends, release articles, attend INMOTION activities and purchase accessories. The English name of INMOTION APP is INMOTION. 2. How to Use INMOTION SCV V5 Series Versions

2.1 Safe Driving Precautions INMOTION SCV V5 is a kind of intelligent travel and commuting device and entertainment utility. If you fail to operate the scooter according to the provisions specified in this manual, there might be a driving risk. No matter when and where, it is likely to cause injuries even death and/or property loss to you due to decline, out of control, crash, etc., including driving the INMOTION SCV V5 without complying with the requirements described in this manual. You must carefully read and follow this manual completely, watch relevant safety videos, and strictly follow the precautions below to reduce risks and to avoid injuries and losses: Users need to charge INMOTION SCV V5 at least once every month at room temperature. The battery damages caused by no

regular maintenance are excluded from the warranty coverage of our company. Please wear a helmet and a protective gear during driving, and ensure that the pull rod has been folded in place. Do not drive the INMOTION SCV V5 to go up and down the slopes of more than 18. Do not conduct rapid acceleration, rapid

deceleration, and sudden turns either. Pay attention to the road obstructions. Do not drive the scooter on the grass, gravel roads, wet and slippery roads, and under other inappropriate road conditions. The fording depth must not be more than 70mm. Do not drive the scooter to climb up and down the stairs. Do not drive the scooter in the motor vehicle lanes. Do not soak the scooter in water. Do not sit on the pull rod or the scooter. Do not lift up the scooter in startup state. The beginners who are younger than 18 years old or older than 45 years old need someone to help them learn how to drive the

scooter. Please ensure that the electric quantity is sufficient, and the tire pressure is normal before driving the scooter. Please drive at a low speed instead of performing rapid acceleration, rapid deceleration, high-speed driving, and challenging stunts

before being familiar with driving.

2.2 Preparations before Driving INMOTION SCV V5 is a high-tech travel and commuting device. Driving without learning about operating specifications may cause unpredictable injuries and/or property losses. The instructions given below are made for users, and contain details about how to correctly drive INMOTION SCV V5. Matters needing attention during driving are also listed. Please read them carefully and drive INMOTION SCV V5 in accordance with the instructions. Make sure that all parts of INMOTION SCV V5 are free from damage and installed in place before driving. Continuously charge the batteries of INMOTION SCV V5 for more than 1.5h before driving. You can practice driving in an open indoor or outdoor area that is flat and wide, and covers at least 4m * 4m. Make sure that you know the surrounding driving environment well so that the scooter is free from the disturbance of cars,

2.3 Operating Steps for Beginners

Hold the scooter body, and make sure that it is vertical to the ground after startup. Open the pedals on both sides. Step one foot on one side of the pedal. The sole shall be stepped on the center of the pedal. The upper body shall be naturally upright, and the eyes shall look straight ahead. Tilt the center of body weight to the other side of

the pedal. Try to get the other foot off the ground to look for the balance point. Gradually begin to slowly slide forward by single-foot support, until the scooter can keep sliding for a long time when one foot

steps on the pedal. After keeping the center of gravity balanced when sliding with one foot, you can step both feet on the pedals. Relax the lower legs

on both sides to ensure the balanced driving. Your body will go through temporary imbalance during practice, which is very easy to cause the slant of the scooter body. It is

necessary to lean on the railings or walls during single practice to help you keep your body in balance. You can also get to know the feeling on the INMOTION SCV V5 accompanied and supported by your friend, and learn how to drive the scooter step by step.

After being gradually familiar with how to steadily drive straight ahead, you can try to change the direction according to the personal mastery over the scooter driving by adjusting the center of body weight or controlling your feet to twist around.

3. Maintenance and Service

3.1. Storage Unreasonable storage will shorten the life of built-in lithium batteries or cause other hidden dangers. Please store the INMOTION SCV V5 in a dry room at suitable temperature and humidity. If you do not use it for a long time, please fully charge its battery at room

temperature and at least once every month later.

3.2. Air Inflation and Inner and Outer Tire Replacement If the tire pressure is insufficient, please conduct air inflation in time. The factory tire pressure of INMOTION SCV V5 is 2.8Bar by default. If the tire of INMOTION SCV V5 needs to be replaced due to tire burst, etc., please contact the dealer authorized by INMOTION IBERIA or the after-sales service department of INMOTION IBERIA for maintenance.

3.3. Pedal Tightness Adjustment Riders will feel uncomfortable if the pedals of INMOTION SCV V5 become loose, and will even fall under severe condition. If the pedals become loose, please respectively use a M10 Allen driver and a M6 Allen driver to tighten the screws on the axis and on the side edge of the axis. Please develop a habit of checking all parts of the INMOTION SCV V5 before using.

3.4. Precautions for Cleaning and Use Before cleaning the scooter, the body shall be shut down. Charging wire shall be pulled up, and the charging port shall be closed.

You shall have the responsibility and obligation to carefully read and learn the User Manual for INMOTION SCV V5 and User Guide, shall be familiar with how to drive the INMOTION SCV V5, and shall be fully aware of the warnings and precautions as well as the provisions specified in the following legal statement, so as to reduce (but cannot totally eliminate) potential risks and to ensure the personal and property safety of you and other people.

4.1. Use Statement For your safe application and good experience, we especially ask you to use the product in strict accordance with the following requirements: 1. Please make sure to carefully read and completely understand the User Manual for INMOTION SCV V5 and User Guide before

using. 2. Please do not allow the ones who fail to carefully read and completely understand the User Manual for INMOTION SCV V5 and

User Guide to use your INMOTION SCV V5. 3. Please comply with the requirement specified in the User Manual for INMOTION SCV V5 with regard to the driving age of 12-60

years old. Do not allow the ones who are beyond this age scope to drive the scooter. 4. The pregnant women and the personnel who are inappropriate in the physical and mental state must not drive the scooter. 5. When you are in a bad physical or mental state, such as sick, taking drugs, drinking, etc., please do not drive the scooter. 6. INMOTION SCV V5 is a kind of driving vehicle designed for one person only. Two or more people must not drive one scooter at

the same time. Do not drive the scooter with loads or while holding a baby in your arms.

7. Please make sure that you are fully qualified in the physical and mental conditions for freely getting on/off and control the INMOTION SCV V5 without any assistance before driving.

8. Please do not modify or repair the INMOTION SCV V5 without permission or by the personnel who have not been authorized by our company. If there is anything wrong with the product, please contact the after-sales staff of INMOTION, which is your most secure option.

9. Please make sure that the INMOTION SCV V5 is not loose, damaged broken, or under other abnormal situations before driving. 10. Before charging, please make sure that the socket is dry, fault-free, and without any foreign matters. During charging, make sure to

insert in the correct socket (100V-240V/50HZ-60HZ), and avoid coming contact with children and pets. Furthermore, keep the scooter away from the combustibles.

11. The batteries of INMOTION SCV V5 must be placed in the environment at -20C-45C. Please do not place the scooter in the environment where the temperature is above 45C.When the temperature is below -20C, the batteries will enter the self-locking state, which are unable to be charged or used. Please place the INMOTION SCV V5 in a warmer environment for charging and using.

12. If there is any leakage (including damage, giving off a peculiar smell/smoke, or overheating) in the batteries, please stop using immediately, and avoid contacting with other objects.

13. Do not try to open or disassemble the batteries on your own. Do not conduct abnormal operations or application to the batteries either.

14. Due to different battery status and environment, the standby time of the fully charged INMOTION SCV V5 (the electric quantity display screen has 5 scales) and the not fully charged INMOTION SCV V5 (the electric quantity display screen has 1 scale) is respectively 180 days and 30 days at most. Please pay attention to the standby time to avoid causing irreversible damage to the batteries because of failing to charge them in time.

15. Please do not wear high-heeled or other unsuitable shoes, and the clothes that are too loose-fitting and unsuitable when driving the INMOTION SCV V5. Furthermore, you must wear professional protective gear during driving.

16. It is highly recommended to wear protective glasses when driving the INMOTION SCV V5, so as to prevent the eye injuries caused by dirt, dust or insects in the air and the possible adverse effects on driving.

17. Do not drive INMOTION SCV V5 in rainy days and on other wet roads. When driving on the wet and slippery roads, the tire resistance reduces, the braking distance becomes longer, and the scooter is easy to slip, which might cause accidents, for instance,

drive the scooter when you are extremely tired. 20. Since the drivers, motorists, and pedestrians are very hard to notice each other in time at night and in the environment with poor

light, we strongly recommended not to drive at night and in the environment with poor light, so as to avoid severe risks that might arise.

21. Please pay attention to the variation of road surfaces and surroundings when driving the INMOTION SCV V5. Drive carefully to avoid hurting yourself or others.

22. Please do not drive the scooter under unsuitable road conditions and in the inappropriate environment, such as on the stairs, in the elevators, or when passing through the revolving doors.

23. Please make sure to pay attention to the distance among scooter body, body and obstacles when driving the INMOTION SCV V5. 24. Please make sure not to take the risk of driving through the steep slopes, bumpy roads, or other terrains that you have never met

before during driving. 25. Please do not make a turn at a rapid speed. Please do not slam the brakes on when driving the scooter on the slippery road. The

above-mentioned behaviors are easy to cause slipping and other uncontrollable situations. 26. Please do not drive on the bicycle lanes. Please do not drive on the motor vehicle lanes and other unsuitable places. Please strictly

obey the traffic rules and other laws and regulations. When the scooter comes close to or passes through the crossroads, motor vehicle lanes, corners, and doors, please pay attention to slow down and avoid. In the meanwhile, the driver needs to have defensive awareness and pay attention to the dangers that might cause by the traffic and pedestrians.

27. When driving the scooter, please make sure to pay attention to and to take precautions against the vehicles from all directions, pedestrians, pot holes, sewer separators, railway tracks, expansion joints, road surfaces, road construction, debris, and other obstacles as well as other dangerous situations that might affect the personal and property safety of you and others at any time.

28. Do not make and receive phone calls or do any activities or actions that might distract you when driving the INMOTION SCV V5, so as to pay attention to monitor the external environment at any time.

29. Please drive forward along the driving directions of the bicycle lanes allowed and specified by the local governments and laws or

To warrant that we offer the best quality service of this company, INMOTION IBERIA realizes the following service engagements for its

products. After the purchase of this product, please give us the correct, updated and real personal information. Then complete the maintenance

card and ask for a valid agency bill in order to have guaranteed the right maintenance.

Warranty policy INMOTION IBERIA warrants that during the warranty period, INMOTION IBERIA or a company authorized by, will be able to correct the

material, design and manufacture faults for free both repairing or changing the product when needed. According to the right warranty policy

and according to the Spanish legislation, the warranty of INMOTION IBERIA products lasts 2 years from the purchase date, except the battery

period that will last 6 months and the wheel(s), which will be guaranteed just the first month after the purchase date.

The warranty period will start when the original purchase moment by the user. INMOTION IBERIA warrants that all the products fulfill with

the promoted specifications provided that the product hasnt been manipulated, transported, stored and used according to the instructions of its

respective manual instructions provided by INMOTION IBERIA. Therefore, INMOTION IBERIA assumes its responsibility only for

disconformities and defects proved that are caused by actions or imprudence made before the first deliverer to the first carrier.

In no case the warranty period will be amplified, actualized or affected in another way due to the post reshipping, reparation or substitution of

the authorized product by INMOTION IBERIA. However the repaired piece(s) or the substitutive provided products inside the warranty period

will be guaranteed during the unexpired period of the original warranty or 6 months from the reparation or substitution date.

2. The customer must check the products immediately after its reception and then inform to INMOTION IBERIA in case

there is something wrong. The client can send an email to rma@inmotioniberia.com or also call at the specified number

above. The client is able to make any product complain or reclamation in-between the 14 natural days after the delivery.

III. Limited maintenance responsibilities Technic service We are conscientious of the importance that our clients give at the received service after the vehicle acquisition, thats why we give a

huge importance at our (ATS) Assistance Technic Service. We count with a professional qualified team that works day by day in

order to improve the technic orientation we give to our clients as well as the support reparations to our products.

In case of warranty reparation or out of it, most of the cases use to have a solution. Thats why, and even only those reparations covered by the warranty will be totally free, our clients can always apply for a reparation budget. In this case, they will have to pay the delivery and sending outgoings after the acceptation or rejection of the budget. The regulations will come into force from the date of issue.
