Navigating on MCL website 1. Go to website http://www.mahanadicoal.in

2. Navigate to “Our Business” on left hand side of page and click on Marketing & Sales.

3. Click on Road Sale Payments on the right side of page to make proceed to make

payments

4. Click on “Click here for Payment Page”

You will be directed to ICICI Bank payment page as shown below:

Making Payment 1. Enter the first few letters of your Consumer Name. The page will display a list of

matching entries, select the relevant name.

2. On selecting consumer code, your consumer code will be displayed in the dropdown

for Consumer Code.

If consumer code has not been alloted to you, select “NEW”

3. Select Purpose of Payment from dropdown. Please note if 02- Differential Value of

RDO is selected, entering RDO No is mandatory. Enter Amount and click on Pay.

4. Re-check your entered details and click on Accept Terms and Conditions. Click on Pay

to proceed.

5. You will be redirected to payment page – where you can select your mode of

payment:

(i) RTGS/NEFT challan mode

(ii) Payment Gateway - Net Banking

6. If you select Payment Gateway, please note your order number and enter Remarks for

the transaction.

7. On clicking Pay, you will be re-directed to CC Avenues Page to select your Bank.

On completing your payment, you will be redirected to ICICI Bank payment page with

your payment details:

Make a note of Order number and PG ref No. for inquiring about this transaction at a later

stage.

8. If you choose to pay via Challan (NEFT/RTGS), select the option on the payment page

You can choose to get an email copy of your challan, click on email a copy of challan and

enter your email ID:

Click on Generate Challan. Challan will be downloaded to your computer. Please check

sample challan below:

9. Please note your order no. and challan no. after generating the challan to check

payment status.

Enquire Payment Status 1. On clicking the make payment link from MCL website, you can click on “Enquire

Payment Status” to check the status of your payment.

2. Enter your consumer code to view all payments made against that code. Or enter

order number/challan number to view payment status

3. On clicking enquire, you can view the payment status and also download your

payment receipt:
