Introduction This is an instruction manual for the BeGlobal Promotions Customer Portal. In the manual you will find all necessary

information to fully make use of the features of the BeGlobal Promotions Customer Portal.

The BeGlobal Promotions Customer Portal in your own corporate Portal. It is designed to provide the following

services.

In the BeGlobal Promotions Customer Portal you can:

● Search, approve or decline product offers

● View your invoice history

● Approve or decline print proofs

● Look for old print proofs

● Manage your print files

● View the BeGlobal Promotions online catalogue

● Manage your company data

● View all BeGlobal Promotions contact details

BeGlobal Promotions Customer Portal consists out of 7 parts:

Log-in

To login go to the website https://klant.beglobal.nl and enter your username and password and press log-on Om in te loggen gaat u naar de website https://klant.beglobal.nl voer uw gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord in en klik op “inloggen”.

Please note to only login in a safe environment where no one can view or copy your Password.

Dashboard (home) After log-in you will arrive in your personal Dashboard.

The Dashboard provides an instant overview on all outstanding product offers and print proofs, the latest added logo

and our contact info.

The lay-out is divided in three parts

● Search engine tool on the top

● Menu on the left

● Latest information in the middle

Offertes The product offer overview you will find all actual and old product offers conveniently sorted.

You will go to the offer through clicking on the product line. You will also find the following icons on the end of the

row.

Remark; please press this to enter a question or remark.

Click on the .pdf icon to download the product offer

Click on the magnifier to see further details on the product offer.

You can sort the product offers by clicking .

You will have the choice out of the following details.

Click on the green “V” to go to the verification page.

Press the red “X” to decline the Product Offer.

Approval process

It will take 5 steps to approve with the product offer

Step 1 Go to the overview screen and select the Product Offer you whish to approve.

Step 2 Press “Approve with Product Offer”.

You will now enter the verification process.

Step 3 Check all the details on:

● Delivery address

● Invoice address

● Artwork

● Printing methods

● Quantity

● Price

Step 4 Press “Approve”.

You will now enter the second part of the process in which we explain to you the we have send an e-mail in which

we will verify that it is really you that is ordering the products.

Please read through this carefully. For safety reasons on the person that has access to the appointed email address is allowed to approve the order.

If you receive an email without approving for the Product Offer, please immediately contact us..

If you don’t receive an email, please contact us after checking your SPAM filter .

Step 5 Click in the link in your e-mail to place the order.

The order will now be processed in your system. You will receive a confirmation of this.


Invoices Here you will find a convenient overview of all your invoices:

You will go to the invoice through clicking on the product line. You will also find the following icons on the end of

the row.


Click on the .pdf icon to download the invoice

Click on the magnifier to see further details on the invoice.

You can sort the invoices by clicking .

Click “Pay” to pay the invoice through Ideal (Dutch)

Click “PDF” to download the invoice

Click on the printer icon to print the invoice


Payment through iDeal First press “Pay” on the invoice.

Select iDeal and press “Pay”.

You will be guided to the external iDeal payment page.

After finishing the IDeal process you will get a confirmation.

*Please note that iDeal is a Dutch payment service only.


Print proofs In the print proofs overview you will find all your outstanding, approved and declined print proofs in a clear

overview.

You will go to the print proof through clicking on the product line. You will also find the following icons on the end of

the row.


Click on the .pdf icon to download the print proof

Click on the magnifier to see further details on the print proof

You can sort the print proofs by clicking .


Print proof approval To approve a print proof enter the proof and press the “Approve” button.

To decline the print proof, press the “Decline” button and enter a remark in the field below.

On the print proof detail screen you will find the following icons:

Click on the green “V” to approve the print proof

Click on the red “X” to decline the print proof.

Click on the “PDF” icon to download the print proof


Click on the remark balloon to ask a question

Logos and PMS colors

In your customer portal you can easily view and download your logos.

Inleiding Dit is de handleiding van het BeGlobal Promotions Klantenportaal. In deze handleiding vindt u alle informatie die u

nodig heeft om optimaal gebruik te maken van het BeGlobal Promotions klantenportaal.

Het BeGlobal Promotions Klantenportaal is uw eigen persoonlijke klantenportaal van BeGlobal Promotions en is

ontworpen om u als klant optimale service te kunnen bieden.

Met het BeGlobal Promotions Klantenportaal kunt u:

● Offertes goedkeuren, afkeuren en terugzoeken

● Uw gehele factuur geschiedenis beheren

● Drukproeven inzien, goedkeuren en afkeuren

● Uw drukwerk bestanden beheren

● De online BeGlobal Catalogus bekijken

● Uw eigen bedrijfsgegevens beheren

● Alle contact informatie op één locatie vinden

Het BeGlobal Promotions Klantenportaal bestaat uit 7 onderdelen:

In de volgende hoofdstukken wordt u per onderdeel uitleg gegeven over de mogelijkheden die u tot uw

beschikking heeft. Mocht er iets niet goed gaan of als iets niet duidelijk is dan kunt u altijd contact opnemen met

telefoon nummer 088-8441238 of een email sturen naar [email protected] .


Inloggen Om in te loggen gaat u naar de website https://klant.beglobal.nl voer uw gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord in en klik op “inloggen”.

Als u een vinkje zet voor “ingelogd blijven” dan hoeft u de volgende keer dat u in wilt loggen in het BeGlobal

Promotions Klantenportaal niet opnieuw u loginnaam en wachtwoord in te voeren.

Log alleen in op een veilige computer anders is het mogelijk dat iemand anders uw gegevens kan inzien en wijzingen!

Als u uw gebruikers naam of wachtwoord niet meer weet dan kunt u op de link “Problemen met inloggen?” klikken

waarna u uw loginnaam kunt opvragen of uw wachtwoord opnieuw kunt instellen. U kunt bij problemen ook altijd

contact opnemen met telefoon nummer 088-8441238 of een email sturen naar [email protected] .



Dashboard (beginpagina) Als u ingelogd bent dan komt u terecht op uw persoonlijke dashboard.

Het dashboard biedt u een overzicht van alle openstaande offertes en drukproeven, uw laatst toegevoegde logo en

uiteraard contact informatie van uw BeGlobal Promotions contactpersoon.

De lay-out van de website is opgedeeld in drie gedeeltes:

● Een bovenbalk met inloggegevens en zoek functie.

● Het menu aan de linkerkant met de knoppen naar alle pagina’s.

● Informatie gedeelte met voor u relevante informatie.

Offertes Op de offerte overzichtpagina staan al uw nieuwe, goedgekeurde en afgekeurde offertes in een handig overzicht. De

offertes staan per status gerangschikt zodat u deze altijd gemakkelijk terug kunt vinden en bekijken.

Door op de regel van een offerte te klikken kunt u de offerte in detail bekijken. Achter iedere offerte staan

verschillende iconen met de volgende werking:

Opmerking; klik op het opmerkingen ballonnetje om direct een opmerking of vraag over de offerte te

stellen.

Klik op het PDF icoon om de offerte direct als PDF bestand te downloaden

Klik op het vergrootglas icoon om de offerte in detail te bekijken

U kunt de offertes ook sorteren door op het driehoekje te klikken voor de offerte eigenschappen waarop u

wilt sorteren.

Op de offerte detail pagina ziet u verschillende iconen met de volgende werking:

Klik op de groene “V” om de offerte goed te keuren en naar de verificatie te gaan

Klik op de rode “X” om de offerte af te keuren. Als u de offerte afkeurt wordt u gevraagd waarom u de

offerte wilt afkeuren.

Opmerking; klik op het opmerkingen ballonnetje om direct een opmerking of vraag over de offerte te

stellen.

Een offerte goedkeuren

Om een offerte goed te keuren volgt u de volgende 5 stappen:

Stap 1 Ga naar het offerte overzichtscherm en selecteer de offerte die u wilt goedkeuren.

U komt terecht op de offerte detail pagina.

Stap 2 Klik bovenaan op “offerte goedkeuren”

U wordt nu naar “verificatie stap 1 van 2” wordt gestuurd.

Stap 3 Controleer alle gegevens goed.

Controleer alle gegevens voor het afleveradres, de facturatie, het gewenste drukwerk en PMS kleuren voor

bedrukkingen en bewerkingen.

Stap 4 Klik op “gegevens goedkeuren”.

U komt nu bij de verificatie 2 van 2 pagina waar een melding staat dat u een email ontvangt met daarin een link om

de opdracht te bevestigen.

Lees deze pagina en de email goed door! Om misbruik te voorkomen worden opdrachten alleen in behandeling genomen door op de link in de email te klikken.

Ontvangt u een email maar heeft uzelf geen offerte goedgekeurd neem dan direct contact op met BeGlobal Promotions om uw account te laten contoleren.

Ontvangt u geen email: kijk dan in uw spam folder of de email daar per abuis terecht is gekomen. Geen email in uw spam folder neem dan contact op met 088 844 12 38.

Stap 5 Klik op de link in de ontvangen email.

De opdracht is nu goedgekeurd en is door BeGlobal Promotions ontvangen en wordt in behandeling genomen.

Zodra de definitieve afleverdatum bekend is dan krijgt u een opdrachtbevestiging toegestuurd.

Ondersteuning Heeft u vragen, kunt u iets niet vinden of heeft u ergens problemen mee, neem dan contact op met 088 – 844 12 38 of stuur een e-mail naar [email protected] .


Facturen Op de facturen overzichtpagina staan al uw openstaande, betaalde, credit en Pro-forma facturen in een handig

overzicht. De facturen staan per status gerangschikt zodat u deze altijd gemakkelijk terug kunt vinden en bekijken.

Door op de regel van een factuur te klikken kunt u de factuur in detail bekijken. Achter iedere factuur staan

Klik op het vergrootglas icoon om de factuur in detail te bekijken

U kunt de facturen ook sorteren door op het driehoekje te klikken voor de factuur eigenschappen waarop u

wilt sorteren.

Op de factuur detail pagina ziet u verschillende iconen met de volgende werking:

Klik op “Betalen” om de factuur te betalen via iDeal

Klik op het PDF icoon om de offerte als PDF bestand te downloaden

Klik op het printer icoon om de offerte af te drukken


Factuur betalen met iDeal Als u een factuur online wilt betalen dan gaat u naar de factuur die u wilt betalen en klikt u op “Betalen”. U komt

hierna op de Facturen betalen stap 1 pagina terecht.

Selecteer in stap 1 “iDeal” en klik op “Betalen” en in het volgende scherm op “Start iDeal betaling”.

U komt nu terecht op de iDeal betaal pagina. Selecteer uw bank en vul uw gegevens in om de betaling te doen.

Nadat u de iDeal betaling heeft voltooid komt u terug in uw klantenportaal met de melding dat de betaling succesvol

ontvangen is.

U heeft nu de factuur betaalt!


Drukproeven Op de drukproeven overzichtpagina staan al uw openstaande, goedgekeurde en afgekeurde drukproeven in een

handig overzicht. De drukproeven staan per status gerangschikt zodat u deze altijd gemakkelijk terug kunt vinden

en bekijken.

Door op de regel van een drukproef te klikken kunt u de drukproef in detail bekijken. Achter iedere drukproef staan

U kunt de drukproef ook sorteren door op het driehoekje te klikken voor de drukproef eigenschappen

waarop u wilt sorteren.


Drukproef goedkeuren Om een drukproef goed te keuren gaat u naar de openstaande drukproef die u goed wilt keuren en klikt u bovenaan

op “Goedkeuren”.

Als de drukproef nog niet goed is dan klikt u op “Drukproef afkeuren”. U moet dan wel onderaan de pagina een

reden opgeven waarom u de drukproef afkeurt.

Op de drukproef detail pagina ziet u verschillende iconen met de volgende werking:

Klik op de groene “V” om de drukproef goed te keuren

Klik op de rode “X” om de drukproef af te keuren. Als u de drukproef afkeurt dan moet u onderaan de

pagina een reden opgeven waarom u de drukproef afkeurt.

Logo’s en PMS kleuren In uw klantenportaal houdt BeGlobal Promotions uw logo’s en PMS kleuren bij voor het drukwerk op uw

relatiegeschenken. Op de Logo’s en PMS kleuren pagina kunt u de in de database aanwezige logo’s bekijken.

U kunt logo’s aan uw klantenportal toe laten voegen door een e-mail te sturen naar [email protected] o.v.v. uw bedrijfsnaam en het logo als drukwerk bestand toevoegd (.eps, .ai of .pdf).

Catalogus en nieuwsbrief instellingen Op de catalogus en nieuwsbrief instellingen pagina kunt u zelf instellen welk catalogus en nieuwsbrieven u wilt

ontvangen en op welke e-mail adres u de nieuwsbrief wilt ontvangen.

Als u geen catalogus of nieuwsbrief wilt ontvangen van BeGlobal Promotions dan kunt u dat hier instellen.

Uw account gegevens Op de “uw account gegevens” pagina kunt u uw eigen contact gegevens en adressen beheren. Zo heeft BeGlobal

Promotions altijd uw correcte gegevens voor het versturen van uw producten.

Onder aan de pagina kunt u tevens uw wachtwoord wijzingen naar uw eigen wachtwoord.

Vraag en antwoord Op de vraag en antwoord pagina kunt u antwoord vinden op de meest gestelde vragen. Als u een vraag heeft over

de werking van uw klantenportaal dan kunt u hier een kijkje nemen.

Op de vraag en antwoord pagina is het ook mogelijk om direct een bericht te sturen naar de helpdesk. Deze neemt

dan zo snel mogelijk contact met u op over het probleem dat u heeft.

De vraag en antwoord pagina wordt regelmatig geupdate om op de meest gestelde vragen een antwoord te geven.
