1 GENERAL INFORMATIONThis document demonstrates all functions in trading system via mobile (Mobile Web Trading) by Vietcom-bank Securities (VCBS). This is a brand new system with a friendly interface and it was integrated with modern trading features, safe and high-security.2 MANUAL INSTRUCTION2.1 Sign inStep 1: Sign in to your account at https://trading.vcbs.com.vn/MFlexStep 2: Confirm sign in.

2.2 Put orderStep 1: Click on VCBS logo and select Normal Order.Step 2: Enter the information of a new order: Buy/Sell/M.Sell; Symbol; Price; Quantity; Step 3: Confirm the order.Note:- When you put on BUY order, the system will show you the cash available in your sub account.- When you put on SELL/M.SELL order, the system will show you the quantity of shares available in the sub account.

2.3 Conditional orderStep 1: Click on VCBS logo and select Conditional order.Step 2: Enter the information of a new order: Buy/Sell; Symbol; Price; Quantity; the due date of the order.Step 3: Check the information and confirm the order.




2.4 BalanceStep 1: Click on VCBS logo and select Balance.Step 2: Select the Info which you want to check:- General Information: Equity, PP0, ME/MS.- Current stock info.- Order History.

Note: you may Cancel/Edit order at the Order History screen.

2.5 Details of code

You may find the details info of certain codes by entering them in search space.

2.6 Priceboard2.6.1 Market overview

Step 1: Click on VCBS logo and select Market overview.Step 2: Select news you want to take a closer look




2.6.2 FavouriteStep 1: Click on VCBS logo and select Favourite.Step 2: Add codes to your own Favorite.Step 3: Delete a code from Favourite by clicking at the row of that code.

2.7 Market NewsStep 1: Click on VCBS logo and select Market news.Step 2: Select news to see details.

2.8 Report2.8.1 Market order historyStep 1: Click on VCBS logo and select Market order history.Step 2: Select the timing to check.

2.8.2 Past place orderStep 1: Click on VCBS logo and selectPast place order.Step 2: See details at the screen.




2.8.2.1 Edit orderStep 1: Click on the order you want to edit.Step 2: Select edit and then enter information of Price; Quantity.Step 3: Confirm successful edition.Note: The editable orders are the ones which are at the status of Pending, Send, partly Executed.

2.8.2.2 Cancel orderStep 1: Click on the order you want to cancel.Step 2: Select Cancel.Step 3: Confirm successful cancellation. Note: Only orders being at the status of Pending, Send, partly Executed can be cancelled.

2.8.3 Cash transfer history

Step 1: Click on VCBS logo and select Cash transfer History.Step 2: Enter the timing you want to check cash transac-tions.Step 3: Select the transactions you want to see details.

2.8.4 Realized P/LStep 1: Click on VCBS logo and select Realized P/L.Step 2: Enter the timing.




2.9.1.2 Cash transfer to bank accountStep 1: Click on VCBS logo and select Cash transfer.Step 2: Enter the amount of cash; Beneficiary account, which was set as your default bank account in advance at VCBS.Step 3: Confirm the transaction.Note: you will be charged fee and transaction tax fee when you do cash transfer to outside.

2.9.2 Stock transferStep 1: Click on VCBS logo and select Stock transfer.Step 2: Enter the information: Symbol; Quantity: Sub ac-count received.Step 3: Confirm the stock transaction.

2.9 Utilities2.9.1 Cash transfer2.9.1.1 Cash transfer within sub accountStep 1: Click on VCBS logo and select Cash Transfer.Step2: Enter Information: the amount of cash, Account number (sub account with the same custody of your own account or the other sub account open in VCBS).Step 3: Confirm the transaction.Note: It will not cost you any fee or tax for cash transfer within sub account.




2.9.3 FactoringStep 1: Click on VCBS logo and select Factoring.Step 2: Enter the amount you want to receive after minus the Cash in advance fee.Step 3: Confirm the transaction.Note: Factoring will only be shown up in Function available for the accounts, which not register Automatic Cash in Advance.

2.9.4 Rightoff registerStep 1: Click on VCBS logo and selectRightoff register.Step 2: Enter the information: Quantity of stock you want to buy.Step 3: Confirm and finish the transaction.

2.10 Setting2.10.1 Contact InformationStep 1: Click on VCBS logo and select Contact Informa-tion.Step 2: Choose the sub account displayed on the Con-tact Information screen.

2.10.2 Change passwordStep 1: Select Change passwordat the Contact Informa-tion screen.Step 2: Enter old password, new password, Confirm password.Step 3: Finish changing password.
