Manufacture industries include in secondary industries type.

Process and transform the raw materials from the primary industries

Manufacturing in Indonesia

Indonesia is the fourth most populated country in the world. Most of the people work at manufacture industries.

Manufacture industries in Indonesia divide into 4 groups of establishments: small, medium, large, and cottage industries.

Cottage manufacture consist less than 5 persons.

Small establishment consist of 5 to 19 persons.

Medium establishment consist of 20 to 99 persons.

Large establishment consist more than 99 persons.

Their roles in Indonesia…

Many years ago, Indonesian economic activities depend on the primary industries. Allowances that people got, not really big.

In the beginning of years 2000, modern technology comes to Indonesia and affect many things including industries world.

Now most of Indonesian people work at manufacture industries. From many surveys said Income per capita in Indonesia is increasing.

In 2009 international selling industries in Indonesia are decreased. Eventhough Indonesia still believe by other country, could be develop.

Indonesia could produce objects which are other country can’t produce or not really good at.

Manufacture industries make primary industries becomes left behind.

Manufacture industries play important role on exporting oil and gasses. It’s produce biggest income compare to other industries.

80% of the income they contribute for non oil and gasses industries.

Many surveys said contribution of manufacture industries exceed the contribution from primary industries. Because of that manufacture industries state as making Indonesian economic development become stable.

ConclusionManufacture industries play important roles in

Indonesian economic growth and make Indonesian economic activities become

stable by exporting oil and gasses. Manufacture industries also give big impact

in the production.
