● Fibre Mats are made by inserting thick Coir Fibre tufts into a woven base of coir . Very durable and heavy duty mats with 28mm thick compact brush. Rectangular /half-round shapes of standard or special sizes.Plain natural / bleached colour. Stencilled mats have multi-coloured dyes stencils-prayed in various designs. Inlaidmats have designs woven with pre-dyed solid coloured coir fibres. The outlines of the designs are bevelled to protrude and give clarity with an embossed effect.

● Beach Creel / Vycome Creel Mats are 22mm thick mats made of Beach yarn of irregular brown colour or Vycome yarn of uniform brown shade. Plain,natural / bleached or stencil designed mats in standard or special shapes and sizes.

● Rod Mats are 25mm to 38mm thick. Available in standard or special sizes as Plain natural / bleached mats or with stencil designs / multi-coloured woven inlaiddesigns.

● Carnatic mats are thinner mats of 13mm made with uniform coloured Vycome yarn brush on a jute base. Plain natural / bleached or stencil designed mats in standardor special shapes and sizes .Pre-dyed solid coloured yarn are also woven in jaspe / mottled / striped patterns. ● Coir Mattings are made by weaving coir yarn on traditional handlooms or powerlooms. The quality, weight and density of the matting depends on the type of yarn usedand the weave. Standard or special sizes in Plain, natural / bleached / solid colours and with multi-coloured fancy woven designs. Mainly used as floor runners forfurnishing stairs or corridors. Due to its excellent heat insulation and sound absorption properties, it is ideal for panelling walls and ceiling. Mattings cut to smallersizes (generally 50cm squares) with rubber / latex backing and edging are used as non-skid tiles. Carnatic mats of 13mm pile thicknes in wide width made in rolls areexcellent for wall to wall thick pile carpeting.

● Coir Geo-Textiles are woven coir netting or mesh matting which are 100% eco-friendly and totally bio-degradable. Used for quick and effective control of soil erosion,landslides, slope stabilisation and other agri-horticultural and civil engineering applications. Available in different weights, mesh sizes and strengths.

● Coir Pith Bricks / Blocks are made by compressing coir pith into Bricks of 200x100x50 mm weighing 650 gms or Blocks of 300x300x120 mm weighing 5 kgs.An excellent soil conditioner and useful as a soil-less medium for agri-horticultural purposes due to its moisture retention qualities. Its open fibrous peat textureallows rapid vigorous root development and growth of healthy plants. Used as an alternative for peat moss and as an expandable potting soil in gardens, nursery,horticultural centre and for landscaping. Place the brick in a pot, pour water till it is submerged and obtain ready to use organic soil.

● Pots and Grow Sticks and some other garden accessories are also made of Coir.● Coco Logs are cylindrical shaped coir netting of diametre ranging from 15cm to 50cm, thickly filled with coir fibre. Used for embankments and other civil applications.● Coir brushes made of bristle fibre in different shapes and sizes have various domestic uses.● Ropes made of coir resists microbial degradation and has shock absorbing qualities.● Ship Fender is a tough and durable bundle of coir ropes made in various shapes and sizes which is hung over the sides of a ship to protect it against any impact of collision.

● Coir or Jute Matting Rugs are coir / jute mattings cut to small sized rugs and the edges are either stitched, tucked in, fringed or rubber sealed. Allternatively, the edgescould be made more attractive by webbing them, generally with plain white / coloured cloth or multi-coloured designs tapestried (Jacquard) cloth of cotton / jute /nylon and sometimes with rexine or leather. These rugs may be latex / rubber backed to make them non-skid and durable.

● Gymnasium Matting is thickly woven with Vycome coir yarn and is 63mm thick weighing 12 kg per square metre with a standard size of 6 sq.ft.

● Cricket Pitch Matting is a three or four treadle coir matting in twill or herringbone weave which is ideal for use on cricket pitches.

● PVC Backed Coir Mats and Rolls are made by tufting bits of coir yarn on a PVC base. Produced in continuous rolls of a specified width and cut according to therequired length. The roll can also be cut into smaller mats of different shapes and sizes which could be made more elegant by stencil-flocking beautiful designs.

● Polypropylene rolls cut to smaller mats of different shapes and sizes are rubber-backed and edged to make them non-skid. Suitable for wet areas as it absorbs waterand dirt. Available in Rectangular and half-round shapes of standard sizes in a wide range of colours.

● Rubber-moulded Coir Mat is a brush mat which is moulded between thick layers of rubber so that the base and edges are covered with thick rubber. Some portionsof the coir mat protrudes to the surface through the gaps of the designed mould to form beautiful patterns. Coir brushes are of natural / bleached / solid colours.Heavy duty non-skid durable mats with a range of sizes, shapes and attractive designs.

● Rubber-moulded Coir Matting-Mats are natural / bleached/ solid-coloured mattings cut to smaller sized mats and rubber moulded to have a designed surface of coirwith the base and edges of thick layer of rubber. These are durable non-skid mats with a wide range of shapes, sizes and designs.

● Rubber Stair Mats are custom made to fit the shape of steps on the staircase in houses, buildings and factories. They have small rubber pins on the surface to makethem non-slip. Adhesive strips could be provided at the bottom to secure them firmly to the steps.

● Rubber Door Mats are made with high quality rubber of varied shapes, designs and sizes, for domestic use mainly as Entrance Mats. Most of these mats have smallsturdy rubber studs or pins on the surface which scrape and remove the dust and dirt effectively. They have a good soft finish , are odour free and some are reversible.They are also durable, washable and some are punched with holes while others have grooves or thick rubber studs on the base for easy drainage.
