Hello!

I’m Francesc Elias and I’m happy to welcome you to Bomba Elias, a family business that I founded, with more hope than resources, back in 1965 in a small workshop Barcelona. As a good industrial engineer, I’m passionate about gears and I put all my commitment to design and manufacture industrial pumps that efficiently solve the needs in transfer and handling of fuels.

In 1975, after 10 years of activity, we moved to the current Rubí factory, which with its 3,500 m2, it offered a little more space than the workshop in Barcelona. And here we started manufacturing the water pumps.

More than 50 years have passed since the foundation and and a lot of things have happened .We’ve suffered vicissitudes and the occasional setback and we have also grown, expanded range of our product for new needs and sectors, acquired other companies, inaugurated new plants…

We have collaborated with universities, obtained several certifications, created new divisions, but the truth is that if today we still in the market, we export to 5 continents and we got your recognition, it is thanks to you and our obsession with detail and the satisfaction of work well done. All the members of our team focus daily on quality and service.

And the future happens again for you and for the incorporation of my son, Cesc Elias as general manager who, staying Faithfull to the principles of quality and service foundations.

Bomba Elias is a manufacturer of pumps for domestic, industrial, heating, swimming pools, submersibles, Booster Set.And is the market reference in gear pumps. Our main business is the manufacture of pumps and distribution through the main distributors of our country. Together with our distributors, the goal is to create a strong B2B that is always growing and in constant innovation.

Today Bombas Elias is a company with a strong presence in the national and international market, consolidated, currently exporting to more than 43 countries.

Our plan for the future is to be a national company, with an international vision and specialized in manufacturing the products that we have the most knowledge and experience. Therefore, quality, innovation, service, customer service are our main objectives.

Currently directed by the founder Francesc Elias, it gives us values such as culture to the effort, enthusiasm and confidence towards the future.

Equipment for the supply or increase of pressure of clean water.

It consists of ONE or several identical pumps mounted on a bench and a common impulse collector.

Single-phase equipment and three-phase equipment.

Group with ONE pump GP-1-SB

It works with a technologically advanced system that maintains the programmed pressure unchanged by varying the engine speed according to the water demand.

Important energy saving and greater durability of the engine

Group with TWO GP2-SB Pumps

It works like the previous thing, but also, if the demand ishigher than the flow of a pump, the second operation enters to maintain the preset pressure, the equipment alternates and works in cascade.

The working pressure that we want in the installation is programmed in the DISPLAY. When the working pressure decreases due to water consumption, the pump starts automatically maintaining the pressure constant and increasing the speed if the water demand increases.

The group automatically stops when consumption ceases.

In the case of lack of water in the group feeding the SPEEDBOARD, it detects and stops the group avoiding damage to the pump.

External pressure transducer with auto fault detection.

STC function: when the temperature of the electronic board exceeds 85ºC, the frequency of rotation of the electric pump decreases automatically decreasing the generation of heat, but maintaining the water supply.

Description

Functioning

Single or double pressure groups to satisfy installations where a supply of variable flow of pressurized water is needed.

Supply of pressurized water for residential blocks, industrial and industrial facilities, singular buildings, sports facilities, hotels, hospitals, schools, etc.

For double pressure groups, it works with automatic alternation and automatic switching, in case of failure the pumps are switched off.

When there is a demand, the water leaves the storage tank, if the demand continues, the pressure drops and the first pump is switched on. When the demand increases, more pumps are connected until the flow of the pumps meets the demand. When the water consumption decreases, the pressure increases until the disconnection pressure is reached and the pumps are disconnected as the consumption decreases.

Description

Fire-fighting equipment for automatic supply in fire-fighting facilities.

Teams composed of:

Main or flow centrifugal pump, can be mounted one or more pumps, which must supply the entire flow required by the installation.

Its drive can be by electric motor and/or diesel.

On demand collector test with flowmeter.

Jockey or auxiliary pump, whose mission is to keep the installation pressurized.

The composition of our teams is as follows:

Groups according to UNE 23-500-12, UNE- EN 12845.

ECU Series: Composed by jockey pump, and flow pump, driven by motor electric.

ECUD Series: Compound by jockey pump, and flow pump, powered by electric motor and flow pump, diesel.

Groups according to CEPREVEN norm (RT2-ABA and RT1-ROC).

ECC Series: Composed by jockey pump, electric flow pump.

ECCD Series: Compound by jockey pump, and flow pump, driven by electric motor and flow pump, diesel.

These are teams built with R.T.2 ABA and RT1-ROC regulations.

These groups assemble electrical panel for electric pumps and electrical panel for the diesel pump, independently of each other.

The groups are supplied fully assembled, on a bench, including all accessories, and electrical panel in accordance with the specifications of the regulations.

DOSITEC® dosing pumps are electromagnetic pumps of high performance and precision, for the dosing of liquid products.

DOSITEC® dosing pumps have been designed for flow rates from 0 to 9 l / h and pressures up to 10 bar, with the possibility of connection to a level sensor.

DOSITEC SERIES:

DOSITEC-MP: Manual adjustment of 0-100% through potentiometer.

DOSITEC-MD: Manual regulation from 0 to 100% by keyboard.

DOSITEC-Q: Proportional regulation to an analog signal. Control mode: Proportional to external pulsations (Multiplication or Division).

DOSITEC-mA: Regulation by analog signal 4-20mA.

DOSITEC-MF: Multifunction (manual / proportional / analog / timer regulation).

DOSITEC-PRC: PH control, ORP (redox), through a relay on / off. Measuring range 0- 14 / -1400 mV + 1400 mV output signal 4/20 mA.

DOSTEC dosing pumps are piston pumps or membranes of high performance and precision, for the dosing of liquid products.

This model allows multiple injection possibilities according to the chosen head. The available heads range from 2.5 to 1000 l / h (0.6 - 264 GPH). The dosing flow is adjustable without the need to stop the pump from 0% to 100% of its capacity.
