QUALITY ASSURANCE:

Approved Quality Assurance Plan is followed stringently throughout the manufacturing

process. Raw materials, bought out items and consumables are purchased from approved

vendors only. Raw materials are tested for Physical & Chemical properties at NABL approved

Laboratories. Welding machines and Measuring instruments are calibrated. Welder tests are

carried out as per ASME and welding is carried out by certied welders only. Components are

manufactured under strict Quality Control. Each component is inspected at every stage for

correctness by our Quality Assurance Engineers. Non-destructive tests like DPT, RT, UT, MPT,

LPT, DFT, etc are carried out by qualied ASNT Level II personnel as per code requirement.

Safety Ofcer provide Safety awareness trainings to all of our employees.• A dedicated Safety Ofcer is posted at site if proposed man power at site exceeds the strength of 50 nos• All the employees are provided with essential Personal Protective Equipment while working.• Risk assessment and Hazards in operations are identied and informed to team before starting each work.• TBT is conducted daily before commencement of the works.• Employees help to prevent accidents! Unsafe acts and Unsafe conditions are reported immediately.• Safety training is imparted periodically while working to reduce the risk of accidents.• Fire-ghting equipment and First aid Box is provided at work place. System is checked periodically. • Storage of inammable material is notied and stored safely.• Housekeeping is everyone's responsibility! Cleaning the waste material, debris, cut pieces of steel, electrode beads, etc. in and around work place and keep all the passages, walkways and approaches clear.• Provide Fire-ghting training to employees for how to use of Fire-ghting equipment in case of any re.• Provide First Aid training to employees for how to give of First Aid in case of any accident.• Safety person conducts inspection of all machines, tools and tackles & certies condition periodically.

HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
