DID YOU KNOW?4.5 trillion cigarette butts are littered every year?

That’s more than 600 each for every living human being!!

1 in every 5 trash items is a cigarette butt.

There are over 176 million pounds of discarded cigarette butts in the US.

Cigarette butts get washed and end up in nearby bodies of water…

into storm drains.
