Currently we conduct about 8 projects every year

Different departments: Production area: at the line, QS jobsAreas close to production: logistics, construction, machine toolingAdministrative areas: accounting, purchasing, inside salesAtypical areas: sales reps – home officeDecentralized areas: tool shop Laudenbach, warehouse Lorsch

Objective: Blanket coverage mapping Linking the different departments (learning from each other)
