CONSTRUCTION UPDATEThe Ceiling repair project is going well. The room will be closed from March 6 – March 22 to replace the ceiling tiles and lighting. Lunch and Monday night movies will be in the Cardinal Room. Thursday movies will be cancelled for the month of March. There will be very limited space for card and game playing, so we suggest players make arrangements to take a break or play elsewhere.
Unfortunately, the Chardon Polka Band has been rescheduled for April 18 and the St. Patrick’s luncheon has been cancelled. Staff will contact those registered to transfer or refund for these events. The Senior Produce Market will move to the Cultural Arts room. Thank you for your patience as we complete these repairs.
This time of the year I always look forward to the spring and enjoying the great outdoors. If you like being outside, consider joining one of our recreation clubs. We have two hiking clubs, one meets at 10am on Thursday mornings, and the other meets on Mondays at 6pm. Our cycling club gets underway in April, and ride every Wednesday at 10am. You can join these outdoor enthusiasts anytime just by showing up at the designated locations. Did I mention many of them enjoy lunch afterwards. Happy trails!
