Type “A” is the most affordable house.A ground floor includes living space, full size kitchen, bathroom, laundry closet. A mezzanine is designed as a sleep area with a clothes closet.One-foot stair reduces the space for vertical circulation and also provide higher space under stair for a refrigerator and shelves

The type “B” house is developed from type “A” that have an additional part on the rear side. The addition provide a full size bedroom, a closet and a sitting area that can be used as a working space. By the way, we provide an ability for clients who buy the type “A”, can update their house to be a two-bedroom house easily.
