Fast-Tracked Design-Build Modified Turnkey: Entire final design effort – including roadway, E&S, right-of-way, and utilities – for replacement of two bridges was completed in under four months for PennDOT 4-0.

Wetland and Stream Mitigation Planning, Design & Monitoring: Brush Run (before mitigation). Agency and municipal coordination was needed to get the site cleared of 70,000 tons of coal, approved as a mitigation site, and permitted.
