eztracker@trbo™: simple tracking and messaging Text and locate Motorola MOTOTRBO™ 2-way radios

Real-time tracking of your assets using MOTOTRBO GP S-enabled radios!

eztracker@trbo™ is a single position application to monitor at all times the whereabouts of your fleet using

OpenStreetMaps and contact them via text messaging. Tether your base station to any PC and use it for

voice calls at the same time.

• Visualize the individual position of each radio

• Monitor if your vehicles are heading into traffic and reroute them appropriately

• Selected a radio to center the map on it

• Text individual or group of radios

Extremely simple to configure and affordable!

eztracker@trbo™ answers the requests of many customers that are mostly interested in locating their

subscribers, without incurring into the cost burden of un-necessary features. It also does not require a

dedicated server or workstation thus minimizing the overall TCO.

eztracker@trbo™ runs on any Microsoft Windows PC with internet access and tethered via the standard USB

programming cable to a MOTOTRBO radio used as a control station. This radio can simultaneously act as a

traditional base station and operated for voice calls using the microphone connected to the radio. In

addition, eztracker@trbo™ can also support a second (and a 3rd one for text with Enhanced GPS) control

station for conventional GPS revert operation to offload the GPS reporting to a data channel. Alternatively, it

can interface directly via IP to a repeater using the NAI/data interface in place of control station(s).

eztracker@trbo™ only displays active radios that have registered their presence, thus reducing confusion

with others that are turned off or out-of range.

It is truly easy to install and intuitive to operate, requiring minimal or no training.

The map can be accessed by other users via their browser using a web server installed on the same PC or by

remote management software.

webtracker@trbo™: advanced web-based AVL Network-independent fleet management, reporting and alerts

Track your fleet from any browser and get extensive reporting

webtracker@trbo™ is a cloud-based service that tracks radio assets: it excels is in reporting, flexibility, user

management and reliability.

Besides providing maps of group of radios or individual radios with animated breadcrumbing, some of the

reports include:

• trip detail: start time/location, and stop time/location, of various "trips"

• geozone: arrival/departure times, time spent within each and driving time between them

• ignition detail/summary: displays time between various Ignition On/Off events

• GPS-based odometer reading (miles)

• Account and user login: last account login times and login time for users within the account

Within webtracker@trbo it is possible to create multiple accounts (e.g. customers). Each account:

• has its own set of radios which can be assigned to one or more group (e.g. security, maintenance, etc.)

• has multiple users assigned to each group or special access rights

It is also possible to define event rules that trigger alert notification via email or changing the icon, such

exiting geocorridors or an emergency or a periodic oil change.

Ideal for both operators and carriers!

webtracker@trbo™ interfaces via IP to subscribers via both TABLETmedia’s text@trboPlus Connect Plus data

gateway and iTalkie™/RG radio gateway for all other networks (simplex, conventional, IP Site Connect,

Capacity Plus, LCP). Simultaneously!

That means that an operator/carrier can simultaneously support older and newer networks, even if they are

on different bands. Even more powerful, customers can see their subscribers in one single interface

independently of what network or technology they are on.

Managing customers and assets is easy too since each customer is assigned a specific number of radios and

radio codes.

Selected Features • Maps of groups or individual radios

• Animated breadcrumbing

• Easy-selectable reporting range

• Center maps on radio

• Drop-down menus

• Several pre-defined reports

• Customizable reports

• Geofencing, geocorridors

• FindNow and FindAddress buttons

phone@trbo™: telephone interconnect Intelligent phone patch for Motorola MOTOTRBO™ 2-way radios

Use your radios to make and receive phone calls

The phone@trbo™ system allows radios to connect to corporate office phone systems (PBX) or even the

public switched telephone network (PSTN). Incoming calls can be to individual or groups of radios.

• Pre-program a button to make emergency 911 calls

• After hours transfer calls to security guard’s radios while and dispatch-assisted call patching

• Use the company’s phone system to dial a specific radio or talkgroup

• Make emergency calls to the AllCall talkgroup

• Man-down emergency support for unmonitored lone worker

• Record telephone conversation

Simple to configure, flexible and affordable

phone@trbo™ offers the features of a traditional analog phone patch while adding the benefits of both VoIP

telephony and MOTOTRBO™ radios. For instance, text messaging is used for signaling, not only to make and

hang up a call, but also to notify the caller-ID of an incoming call. In case the call is missed, it is easy to call

back by simply replying to the caller-ID text message.

phone@trbo™ is flexible in handling incoming calls: it can be configured to either route a call to a predefined

talkgroup or individual radio, or to send it to the integrated interactive voice response system (IVR) where

the user can dial a specific radio or talkgroup.

When deploying phone@trbo™, it acts as a simple telephone extension of an IP-based PBX connected

through the LAN. It can also support legacy analog telephone systems using an inexpensive external analog

FXO gateway adapter. With VoIP PBX you can assign individual extensions to individual radios or groups

Unlike other solutions, it does not require option boards to be installed in the radio or entitlement ID for the

repeaters, it supports any MOTOTRBO™ architecture (conventional, IP Site Connect and Capacity Plus), and

it is very affordable. To allow such flexibility and reduce deployment costs, only one control station is

required. MOTOTRBO’s Transmit Interrupt makes ¾ duplex operation very friendly to phone callers.

The phone@trbo™ system includes the iTalkie™/RG radio gateway software which allows expansion to all

the features of the iTalkie™ solution, including email, dispatch, fleet management, SCADA and logging. It is

shipped in a pre-configured system with tools to simplify deployments and custom audio/data cable.

text@trbo™: the simple email middleware Motorola MOTOTRBO™ 2-way radios text to email gateway

Use your 2-way radios to communicate via email

text@trbo™ is a simple application that allows individual radios to be reached via email. Radios can send,

receive and reply to emails as text messages.

• Increase productivity by communicating to employees in the field

• Reap the benefits of text-messaging which is inherently faster, more accurate and less obtrusive than

voice communications

• Run existing work order management applications or create your own radio-based workflow process, and

show how messaging allows easily demonstrable ROI value propositions.

• Ideal middleware for hospitality and other applications that use email to communicate with radios

• Use email to reach cell phone users via SMS

• Create a mobile radio-email hotspot by running it on a notebook with a 3G card

Simple to configure, light on the systems and affor dable!

Unlike any other text email gateway for the Motorola MOTOTRBO™ radios, text@trbo was designed as a

true middleware component. As such it is very easy to deploy, effective and more importantly affordable.

One feature important to enterprise users is the ability to allow employees to share radios. Since users sign

in they are not tied to always use the same device. In addition, their work is not affected if it breaks.

text@trbo™ requires minimal configuration: only enter the incoming email server information, the list of

email addresses allowed to reach the radios and corresponding dispatch IDs and you are done. It requires

minimum processing power and memory, so not only you can save by running it on an existing system

dedicated to other application but it is also priced at a fraction of other solutions.

• Can be deployed in minutes: zero configuration for radios

• Supports SMTP for outbound and POP3 client or SMTP server for inbound email

• Web services interface to HotSOS: it directly connects to M-Tech servers bypassing email

• Message are stored locally and forwarded with multiple retries if the radio is unavailable

• Bounce back email notification for unreachable or unknown radios

Selected Features • Compatible with hospitality applications

• Uses standard SMTP/POP3 protocols

• Supports SSL /STARTTLS authentication

• Stores all messages
