Summary Compared to February stats, Hermosa Beach real estate activity picked up in March as total sales spiked 44.44%, median sales price increased 43.52%, net listings improved 18.6%, and the sales-listing ratio bumped 22.01%. The median days to sell metric corrected 240% up. Year-over-year months of inventory increased 33.33% from March 2016 to 2017.
In February, C.A.R. reported “despite the back-to-back monthly price decline, February’s median price still registered a 7.6 percent increase from the revised $444,780 recorded a year ago.” http://www.car.org/aboutus/mediacenter/newsreleases/2017releases/feb2017sales?view=Standard
