Single Legal Entity Customers, Independent/Dealer Owned Rental Yards purchasing and retaining unit(s) in a rolling 12-month period PRODUCT ELIGIBILITY

1. *Group 1 Products can use Group 1 & 2 products as qualifiers.

2. **Group 2 Products can use Group 2 products as qualifiers; they CANNOT use Group 1 units as qualifiers.

Exception: Grape Harvesters are allowed to use T4F/V, T4000F/V, TK4000, and TD4000F from Group 1 as qualifiers.

3. Trade in units or units retailed to new end customers out of rental yards do not count as qualifiers for Multi-Unit

Incentives.

4. All units receiving the Multi-Unit Incentive must meet the required retention period (days and usage hours) to avoid

being charged back. (See Dealer Policy Manual-Chapter 4 for details.)

5. Headers, loaders, implements, and attachments (i.e., Dry Box for SP.300C) purchased with an eligible base unit

receive the same discount as the base unit. They do NOT count as qualifiers. 6. Harvest Lease Return (HLR) units are NOT eligible for Multi-Unit, but DO count as qualifiers.

7. Multi-Unit is not eligible with Major Account or Bid concessions such as NJPA, NH American Ethanol Producers Club

T4000F (current purchase) + RST115 (purchased 2 mos. prior) + BC5070 (purchased 8 mos. prior) = 3-unit purchase of (3%) for the T4000F. Other 2 units are qualifiers only for this purchase.
