Thank-you Mrs Charlton.After 29 years with Peel (11 of those years being the Office Manager at Edenwood) it is with sadness that we need to say good bye to Carlene Charlton on March 9th as she heads on to the next chapter in her live. Carlene has been instrumental in making the Office at Edenwood a welcoming place to students, parents and staff. Please take some time to Congratulate Carlene on her retirement.Golden Horseshoe Music FestivalCongratulations to our Senior and Junior Bands for achieving Silver+ at the Golden Horseshoe Festival. There were over 100 schools that participated and Edenwood did and amazing job! A big shout out to all the students and to Mrs. Morris and Mr. Ladd for the countless hours of preparation. Electives Day – Choose Your Own Adventure: On Friday, March 9, Edenwood is planning a Choose Your Own Adventure Day! While classes will proceed as usual in the morning, the afternoon will be dedicated to fun, adventure and student choice. Teachers will offer a variety of workshops at the school that range from art to music to drama to physical education. Trip options are bowling, ice-skating and rock climbing. Students staying at school will be involved in mindfulness activities, ping pong, outdoor basketball, chess and board games, makeover madness, creating a picture book, and technology activities.

Education Week-April 23-27Peel public schools will host hundreds of special activities and events to celebrate Education Week 2018 April 23-27. The theme for this year's week-long focus on education is We Inspire. Each year, more than 50,000 parents and community members across Peel attend activities and events during Education Week. We are looking forward to an equally successful week this year.
