These intuitive, creative, and intelligent people have strong feelings of right and wrong and also love to help others. Those born between March 21–31 are the Rams of Aries. As the first sign of the zodiac, Aries like to be number one. Bold, courageous, passionate, and somewhat impulsive, Rams dive headfirst into even the most challenging situations.

Message from the Executive Director:
Thank you for the warm welcome to
myself as your new Sr. Executive
Director and all our new peopleCare
Oakcrossing leadership team
members. I have officially started in
my new role leading the Oakcrossing
Long Term Care home effective today,
and I look forward to collaborating
with you all over the upcoming weeks
to get to know you as I transition into
my new role.
First, I would like to take this
opportunity to thank Sr. Executive
Director Paul Rektor who supported
the London team through this
transition period. Paul has been a
great resource to the entire team in
London, and he and I will continue to
support each other and partner to
ensure we facilitate a smooth
transition of leadership through the
upcoming weeks.
Second, I wanted to let you know that
I am very excited to announce that
Amanda Branisa, has accepted the
role of Director of Care with
peopleCare Oakcrossing. Amanda,
officially started on Feb 18th, 2020
and has been training in our other
homes for the past week. Amanda
will be officially be joining us in
London mid-March once her
onboarding has been completed.
Amanda has previous experience as a
Director of Care for a large home in
the surrounding London area, as well
has worked in both Long Term Care
and Acute Care for many years,
we know that her background and
experiences will serve her well as
she leads the nursing team here in
Oakcrossing.
Finally, Heather Medaglia, who
many of you have already met is our
Director of Clinical Services. Heather
has extensive clinical experience,
particularly in acute, and home
care, and works across all our
homes to elevate the clinical skills
and ability of our nursing teams to
support the increasingly complex
needs of our residents.
Heather’s main office is located in Oakcrossing, and we continue to be fortunate to have the benefit of her expertise here in London. Heather has been acting as the Interim Director of Care role for the past next several weeks leading the Oackcrossing nursing team and will continue to do so until Amanda officially starts with us here in London. I will continue to work at enhancing communication with residents, families and staff, and collaboratively making changes that improve both how we work together, and how we support each other to deliver high quality care and services every single day. Regards, Jeremy Zinger Sr. Executive Director – peopleCare Oakcrossing, London
