Info tables are located at the entrances to every site. Our friendly volunteers will be on hand, but if you need more information or want to find out more about KFX or New Vintage Theatre’s organization look for our KFX lanyard wearing site managers at each location.

lOST KIDS AreA

Ask security or one of our lanyard-wearing managers for assistance. All lost kids will be safely looked after at the site info tables at Kelowna Community Theatre, Rotary Centre For The Arts or The Library until they are reunited with their parents.

ATm

ATMs are located at Kelowna Community Theatre, Rotary Centre For The Arts, The Grand Okanagan Casino.

CONCeSSIONS

Concessions are located on site at Kelowna Community Theatre, The Black Box, Rotary Centre for The Arts and our amazing food trucks located outside The Rotary Centre For The Arts Commons, open 11-8pm.

reSTAurANTS/BArS

Many excellent restaurants/bars are close by our site. For lighter fare we recommend The RCA Bistro. Great nearby restaurants include The Cactus Club, Tree Brewing, Oak Cru, The People’s Bistro, BNA and The Train Station Pub.

TICKeTS

Tickets can be purchased in advance from www.selectyourtickets.com or on the day of the event at The Kelowna Community Theatre, Rotary Centre For The Arts & The Black Box Theatre. Day of event transactions need to be cash or credit card payments. Wristbands are issued once a ticket has been redeemed. All attendees must wear a wristband to stay on site at KCT, RCA and The Black Box Theatre.
