PRESENTATION:What is a Strategy? And do you really have one?A good strategy is a detailed plan for how an organization is going to accomplish the vision, mission, business goals and objectives to be successful. A template is presented that structures strategy across five dimensions. The template enables development of new strategy(s) or evaluation of existing strategy to understand how well it aligns with intended objectives.
