years of a company’s revenue. The review compares first year revenue with the fourth year to

determine percentage revenue growth over that period. Eligible companies have first year

revenues of at least $50,000 and minimum fourth year revenues of $3 Million. They must also be

headquartered in Connecticut and possess proprietary technology*.
